Well according to a few around here, it's a team game when we win, but all losses are Daks fault. Even the games he's not even dressed or playing. Oh yeah, when Dak has good statistics, the stats don't matter. But when other quarterbacks have good statistics in the same identical categories, they mysteriously count all of a sudden.

I know you guys don’t want to hear this but Dak had some balls that were high. The WRs were a big part of that success today and yes, Dak was very good in the second half and looks a lot better compared to the first part of the year.

I thought you might be going somewhere else with your comment. Maybe Dak's balls hadn't dropped yet.

Pull up the stats for this year and the QB Dak has been most similar too is
Andy Dalton

Dak
232 yards per game
10 TDs
6 ints
95.3 QB rating

Dalton
227 yards per game
14 TDs
7 ints
96.4 QB rating

Equating Dak to Dalton is just stupid. Josh Allen has a lower QB rating than Dalton. More yards, but more interceptions. Plus 3 fumbles compared to only 1 for Dalton and 0 for Dak. Besides, Dalton probably gets his stats playing it safe and keeping an even statline while his team is not winning because of his conservative play style. Don't even go there. smh.

The RG and OL have been dominant, completely wearing on the opposing defenses by the second half. Both Pollard and Zeke have been averaging 7 YPC the whole first half these last two games and putting the team in very manageable third situations and later in the game, even if they are playing with a long distance, the OP gives Dak all day to throw.

The Giants going for it on 4th down in their own territory after the Dallas RG completely dominated TOP to start the second half giving Dallas an easy time scoring the next round helped us out too.

5 TD and 6 INTs in the first half by Dak on the other hand, while the defense compensates for his garbage play is the story of our QB. I told you after the Vikings game Dak would suck it up, which he did in reality.
Everyone gather round....Khiladi is telling campfire tales again!

He is so good at them! Can literally make anything into an anti-dak slant. Can't literally give the man 0 credit for anything but all of the blame for anything remotely wrong.

It is a pure talent....

I mean this thread is “Dak played lights out”…

We were 5-1 without him.. But apparently it was the defense and RG then…
What does that have to do with how well our offense and Dak are playing?

Try and stay on topic, we know we started 5-1....

Vikes have one of the worst pass defenses in the league. Vikings have been winning games with the ball last. Dallas getting out to a huge lead early with a dominant RG and OL pretty much allowed them to dominate. This also allowed them to attack Cousins.

The Vikings are not a team that is really a SB threat, as this type of formula is hard to sustain in the playoffs against good teams.
The Vikings are 9-2 and the great Josh Allen had 1 td and 2 picks vs their defense and lost.

Just saying.

You cannot underestimate the amount of disdain he has for qb1
When his heart throb Romo got Wally pipped he just hasn’t been the same

Great WRs do have to be able to help their QBs in many ways...including occasionally playing defense.

lol
But come on, Dak is going to throw ints. They all do at times

Well of course I was being facetious with the never throw another interception.. Of course he will. But they won't be of the deep middle where the receiver either doesn't cross the safety's face or just doesn't fight for the ball variety. 4 of his 6 INTs have been just that. Lamb not being physical enough or aggressive enough going after the ball. I'm surprised that Dak still trusts him on those to be honest.. but he actually does catch quite a few.. so I guess it's a risk reward thing..

Defense and special teams don’t get first downs.
Yep. Only the qb gets first downs.

Special teams and defense pinning them back.....don't help the offense ever.

I'd actually think the offense needs to help defense more....but I'm in the weeds here on this topic. My 1st sentence is my point.

The offense gets first downs led BY the QB. We all know you hate Dak.

You are crossing eras w/ QBs....a football 101 no-no
I KNOW that you know better
Stats in 2022 aren't remotely comparable to 30 years ago...most of all for QBs

Fwiw,I was just putting out non-opinion based raw stats.
I know Dak and the offense have looked much better lately
He's just fed up with all the haters and trolls. I don't blame him. One thing to criticize, but to be so obsessed with it is pretty comical.

I think his best game ever was against the 8-1 Vikings. More on that in a minute,

I think the critics of him in the SF game and then Bucs game to start the season were off. “Can’t win against good teams”

I think the Bucs was a lack of preseason practice. I think the SF game was that he knew cee dee was a poor route runner (he rarely targeted one on one matchups) and didn’t want to lose the game on turn overs early. Dak does not like poor route runners. CeeDee has improved late this year, but last year, he was a bit of a liability. Plus, Dak and Zeke were banged up late last year.

Back to the Vikes. So he he plays a highly successful team in the Vikings and carves them up. He follows up with a very good game against a 7 win NYG team. He is beating good teams.

QB1 has been great.
It doesnt matter until he wins in the playoffs

Agree 100% it's been a TEAM efford. In fact, I would argue, Dak couldn't not have done it w/o the defense and vice versa.

A game like this last year or the year before we probably lose. Any slow start the offense had we got into trouble. Now the defense can hold the other team down until we get it going.

Now that we have a defense, the offense can make a few mistakes and we still can win and win big.
