backing in....the pride floweth over for you
10-4 with the best WC record isn't backing in. We handled our business and put ourselves in position. Goodness man stop already. Go back to telling odds or whatever. You were slightly better at that.

The guy was falling to the ground with a Jacksonville defensive player on top. Wasn't like he was standing there waiting for the pass to get to him. It would of been a tough catch if he were standing. No separation. No route even ran. Like playing when you were a kid. Go to the tree. I'll find you. This play call was doomed from the start. I blame Moore for not being more creative. This was the most simplest play you could run and the easiest to defend. Run to the first down spot-4 yards down -and turn around:facepalm:

Excuses, excuses; look around the NFL and you will find catches made in worse scenarios. Brown cannot be excused for that tip drill interception.

Don't forget the deep pass to Brown that went out of bounds to stop the clock versus keeping ball in play to make Jacksonville use their last time -out. The time out they used to kick the tying field goal. Dallas coaches SUCK at game management.

Yeah didn't understand that play call, Dak didn't even look anywhere else... just needed a first down not a TD.

No excuses. Same with Moore calling for a deep pass that went out of bounds to stop the clock for Jacksonville. Which was the toughest????

Dak didn't have time to look anywhere else. He was running for his life:facepalm: Running to your left when all the other receivers were to your right. Nobody but mahoes has a chance there. And even then it gets picked off because there was no separation.

Anybody wanna get me a last minute Christmas gift??"? I want Kellen Moore delivered to my house

Agreed Brother.... If Dak had a better OC- you'd see a better Dak. Same if Dallas had a better HC. You'd see a different type team. Jerry wants the people that will bow to him. Not the guy the team will bow to.
Jerry does want to win. But he only want to win if he gets credit. Not an original statement but I know it's true

It all came down to the Cowboys coaching staff wanting to make Jacksonville use the time outs then for some reason going deep when you just needed a first down.
I'm never one that says I'm willing to punt to you if you will use all your time outs, especially when there is over a minute to go and the other team only needs a FG.
If you see yourself as a SuperBowl contender then go out and run your normal offense and make them stop you... Never give them the ball back with a chance to beat you.

In todays NFL it is too easy for teams to move down the field with a minute to go and 4 downs to get a FG.

That is true, so many coaching errors and we expect the players to somehow rise above the chaos.

Watching NY and Washington. They are in our weight class. When it comes to a team like philly, we are middle weights, they are heavey weights. They just know how to win. What ever that "dawg" mentality is, they have it, we don't.

Also, that ball was not catchable, it landed out of bounds.
It was an all or nothing play, just a bad play call... didn't matter if they completed it for 40 yds or 10, the result would have been the same with a 10 yd completion... end of game.

Hell, a sack was probably end of game.
