That’s made up! That’s my view! Do you want me to go through tape and see if he led the league in Ints dropped by defenders like the 49er game? Stop making excuses
It's not made up at all...it is an actual stat.

How would i know that????

While on the topic..these same people bashing Dak gush about Burrow.

Burrow thre two picks against a mid defense and had a chance to win it with 2 min to go and did nothing.

He is Mr wonderful though.
One of the two picks was an arm punt. He had little protection given the banged up o line - always likely to throw an interception trying to keep up with Mahomes.

Oh...."arm punts" are a thing now? Punting on 3rd and 3 no less.

They should just go ahead and remove that from his official stats then. Thanks for that clarification.

What else matters but winning a SB?
everyone is different.Im not a SB or bust fan. My preference is that but a ring dont define my fandom. we arent the players I enjoy the week to week. This season while it didnt end the way i hope was good for me and Ive already moved on

:hammer:100%!!

add that same Allen had near 4 TOS in a playoffs game, Lawarence 4 in one half and 5 ints in 2 games but hes an elite talent, correct?, Burrows just had 2 in last night's LOSS by 3 points., Stafford 2 in a SB.

wheres the backlash?
Dak had 2 against the best defense in the NFL on the road.

So if we draft a QB and he sucks (FARRRRR more likely than him being Mahomes), then what?

Just be a bottom-feeder for years until we strike gold?

That's better than rolling with a top-10 QB, adding pieces around him, getting to the playoffs and trying to get over the hump?

When's the last time the New York Jets had a franchise QB? How many times have they drafted on

We don't have a franchise QB. If we did we could have won with the roster we had this year. That is the difference. And the next two seasons are roster is about to get worse due to cap hits for not just Dak but also Elliot. We also have to pay 3-4 big players in the next year. I just don't see how we do that and remain competitive.

Respect this opinion and your comment. I feel differently, but respect your view on how you enjoy the week to week.

It could be is that DAK just isn’t the man. He could’ve had more weapons and he could’ve had a more solid OL. But he could’ve also read the defense better. You’re right that is with us for two years and I suspect for longer. That will turn out regrettable I fear. I wish him the best
The jury is still out on Dak, but the team's failures are just not on him. Look at the 2 teams in the NFC championship, they are both loaded with talent around their QB. Our talent level isn't anywhere close.

huh? those numbers are rolling numbers. will always be rolling numbers. depends on who comes up for renewal next. at the time there were Elite QBs under contract, with short time remaining. there were rookies under contract.

so should we say, we have a ranking system of sorts and if you are below X and y, then you make less. what happens when they come up for contract renewal? and then the contract goes up. do you then adjust the contract.

its how NFL works. get used to it.

he was never elite. the salaries aren't handed out based on that. its based on Market value of a QB and the market. the fans often confuse the two. Market value, vs. elite/non-elite.
My point is, he may be #8-9 now, but when he signed his deal it was considered elite money. That is all I am calling out.

I won't because they aren't. Swap Purdy and Dak and the Cowboys win that game easily. Just an average game from Dak and the Cowboys win.
C'mon, that is a ridculous statement, 49ers are loaded with offensive talent around their QB.

He throws into traffic. It’s that sample. Again he also had about a dozen drops from opposing D. It’s comes out in the wash. It’s no secret he was inconsistent and those numbers are in 5 less games. It’s great that people believe in him but you can’t make excuses when he’s off.

Sorry, you don't get to choose after seeing their rookie year play out.

Life doesn't work like that.

I bet you would've taken Zach Wilson too.

Brock Purdy and Jalen Hurts were not drafted in the first round. Seems like the way to go is build the trenches up excessively, get better weapons, and roll with a cheap QB that avoids the big mistakes and takes easy completions.

I do think it is the system/players around him. I have never waivered from that, even when i was giving my Eagles' fans friends pep talks about him in the offseason.

He hasn't thrown TDs in 3 of the last 4 games, and the two he had vs the Giants...i could have thrown. He has been figured out....
Yeah the best defensive team in the NFL figured him out yesterday and shut him down to the tune of 31 points.

He's been hurt and the injury affected him

But hey - Thank god he will now be a JAG after being figured out.

Or people are finally seeing that Dak and Romo are pretty much the same, they need lots of help and fold when the pressure is on
You've just discovered one of life's mysteries! That's every NFL team.

Someday, there will be a new punching bag.
And the odds of that QB being even CLOSE to the caliber QB of Romo or Prescott is nearly impossible. We got REAL lucky, twice!

Come on Kenneth, we are complaining about Dak because Dr Jeckle can get the offense scoring 31pts one week and looks like the second coming, the next week when things start going wrong the other Mr Hyde comes to the fore and he just loses the ability....not on one drive, but for two quarters.
