Wait until the draft, see how it plays out. But give no more than a 6th or 7th round pick if no RB falls in the draft.

Can’t imagine Tennessee would cut him he’s coming off a 1500+ yard season with 13 TDs and is still a great player. A number of teams would jump at trying to sign him if he were cut. He’s not going to be had for cheap. If you want a veteran RB for cheap, you need one coming off a down year. Someone would have to trade for Derrick Henry.

The Texans paid part of Cook's salary because it was guaranteed. They would have paid all of it if the cut him.

Henry does not appear to have a guaranteed salary for 2023.

Teams aren't paying for running backs in today's NFL, why do you think all these team are either cutting them or letting them seek a trade, team aren't going to pay them what they think they're worth...it's a deep running back class, go draft one in the third or fourth round....

The issue with Henry is he’s aging and has a ton of mileage on him. He’s also starting to come up with injuries. Tennessee would like to get some value for him in a trade before he hits the wall.
