Remember Stephen once said his extension may not get a lot of press. We could get an unexpected press release that it's done.
Just me, but I'm guessing his extension will put his salary in the top 5

Another newcomer to the highest-paid list is Daniel Jones, who is averaging $40 million in AAV. He signed a four-year extension just before the start of free agency to crack the top 10.

Wow, let the Dak Debate begin !
We have not discussed him enough this off season !
:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

Is this going to help Martin get into camp? This place is going to erupt when Dak makes 50-55 APY. Lol, 40 million doesn’t go as far as it used to.

Makes sense if only because his 2024 cap hit is outrageous. If Dallas wants to commit to Dak they can push that money down the road as the cap increases.

Yet the idiots running this franchise won't rework a deal for one of thee best guards to ever play......
That’s what’s stressing me out. I don’t care as much about Dak as getting Martin in. Martin is the best at his position. Dak is not. I feel Martin and Parsons are our cornerstones.

Top 5 pay for bottom 5 performance? Only in Dallas...

Are they really going to give him a raise from $40 million based on 1 playoff victory? They deserve to go another 28 years without a super bowl just for even considering it!
This is the price of QB's today. Look what the Chargers gave Justin Herbert. How many playoff wins does he have?

Playoff wins are a team thing yet we only assign them to quarterbacks it seems.
