Reports were last night he had an ACL. However, it hasn’t been confirmed yet. He was walking pretty good after the game last night.

I said this in another thread, I feel better losing someone in a game that counts for the standings then a glorified practice. Losing Romo in the preseason was far more painful than the regular season.

I get it. To me it doesn't matter. It used to, no more. For all of the baby sitting Dak last year, look what happened. Injured in week 1. To me it doesn't matter anymore. They can get injured in practice too. I'm not saying to play these guys all game. Just get them to game speed. I'm not going to worry if they get injured. I feel just as bad whether it is preseason or regular season.

It makes sense but are we always to assume Dak needs kid gloves until his usual game 1 stinker?

Because if Dak gets hurt, there's a huge drop off in quarterback talent. We're not going to win many games with Rush barely passing for just over 100 yards a game.

Guess there’s no drop off with Mahomes or Allen or tua or other legitimately skilled qb’s. Dak ain’t in that group by a mile but you get the point.

I'm grateful to have a back QB like cooper. He did fine last year and you still hate him. At least when you have to defend Dak. Use coop!

But you see...many called for us to tank the season when Dak went down in our first game. Many SAID...not thought or guessed....SWORN AVOWED....our season was plain LOST. Better get a good draft pick out of this LOST season!

Preseason doesn't matter, so I'm not going to worry about it. I just want them to be game ready by week 1. Not go 0-1 like we did the last two years. Especially last year. We looked like garbage in week 1. Dallas basically used that week to get to game speed.
