The best thing Dak can do right now, if he is a little smart, is to ask for a transfer, because with the holes in the offense, and so far without a replacement, without a star running back, Dak is going to take a lot of hits and could get hurt.

Why would Dak want to that?

Next year every team in the NFL will know he is a free agent. The ones that are interested will have a year in advance to plan accordingly.

We try to seek a trade after Free Agency has started. If this was Jeruh's plan or hope, then it should have been discussed and announced prior to free agency starting.

Why would Dak want to go to a new team with no draft picks, when he can wait a year and keep all of their draft picks?

Disagree, I’d say Mahomes, Rodgers, Burrow have proven to carry lesser squads on their own. Obviously guys need to produce but their difference is clear as day.

If an extreme portion of a teams salary is tied up in one individual, then that individual either needs to play up to to the level of the contract or be ready to shoulder the blame.

Every player needs to play up to their contract period.
