The part we don't know is if they have already had these discussions with Dak and he is open to the move to a potential trade partner. If he plays hardball...they have to tell him he will play behind Lance all year and that will get him to make a move, imo.

It is just very weird how they are proceeding. Something is up.
Will be surprised if we see any Dak practice videos this Sprong.

Dak doesn’t have the leverage to block a trade to LV.

Jerry has the Post June 1 card.

It’s all about the draft picks LV is willing to give up.
Dak will look good with the Silver and Black.
Unfortunately, there won't be many treasures they will be plundering!!! :muttley:
P.S.Dak in the AFC without the Giants and D.C. ..............You have to laugh baby you got to!!!

Let's see, I loved Staubach, Danny White, Glen Carano, Quincy Carter, Bernie Kosar, Troy Aikman, Tony Romo, Cooper Rush and Dak. And better yet...I supported them. And I know the QB position. Not like people like you who think that the QB is the problem...or at least you think Dak is. Maybe you should move on, cause whether Dak is here or not.....I'm not going anywhere....period!
Yeah sounds good. We know the real you.

You don’t really support the team, when all you do is get bent out of shape over Dak.

The fact you can’t see he’s the problem is sad. Jerry as loyal as they come and stupid with money, even he isn’t jumping to sign Dak, that should tell you something

I promise I will never make fun of Chucky Junior ever again if we get this rumor of two first round draft picks minimum.
If Dak should be working at Wendy’s as some posters here say, how the hell are we getting two first round picks for him?

This is like me saying my F150 is a lemon, it’s always in the shop. I think I will sell it on EBay for $200k.

you mean the same defense that averaged 13 points a game and even scored twice. you mean the same player that couldn't win a game when the other team scored more than 20 points. you are talking about the cooper!!! you mean the same 130 yards, a big chunk of which was because the CB almost intercepted (your favorite stat) and dropped the ball right into cooper's hand. given you are such an adept expect in analyzing plays, could you please analyze that play to cooper for us?

man you are way way way way too desparate.
1. For a guy that followed me around for about 4 years trying to convince me Dak was elite and I didn’t know QB play, you seem to have a lot of confidence in yourself.

2. It seems like a lot of excuses, just like the “defense” excuse when Dalton ended up with a better record than Dak and 4 of the the wins after the bye his “scoring offense” averaged 34 PPG with a shot OL, but leads continue..

3. Imagine that, Rush didn’t put up enough points to win and that too without a full training camp with the starters and a more conservative game plan.

Dallas was up 17-0 at half against the Bengals, were moving the ball led by Rush. Sound like Rush was doing just fine and were about to be up 24-9, if Schultz didn’t fumble at the Cinci 26, after Rush led them from their own 35. But yeah, sounds like a lot of excuses, becayse guess what the defense folded after Burrow tied the game and yet, Rush led them to a FG driving from the 35 yard line to the Cinci 32.

Doesn’t sound like defense to me…

Against the Giants, it was 13-13 going into the 4th and lo and behold, Rush puts up
Yeah that's a Cowboys fan proposing that trade.

Daknisnt Matt Stafford or Russ Wilson. Not the same pedigree or arm talent.

He's KIRK Cousins.

MAYBE a team is so desperate and stupid they offer a single 2nd rounder (maybe a 5 or 10% chance). Maybe a single 3rd (20 to 30% chance) or more likely a 4th (30 to 50% chance)..... but I think the most likely outcome is that nobody offers anything.
I wouldn’t even go that far. Cousins has a way better release and mechanics and has played behind a way worse OL and a bad defense.

Soooo...if you think Rush is better than Dak...why wasn't he offered a bigger contract AND a starting job somewhere else?
Why would I spend time arguing about which one is better. Follow the logic here.. Rush, a noodle-armed backup, proved that Dak is a pretender. That’s why Dak fans like you desperately try and atttibute the wins of Rush to anybody other than him, meaning the defense, the same defense Dak fanboys claim they are the reason Dak loses.

If the price is right I am not against it. I'd only consider Parsons, Lamb and maybe Diggs are the only ones on the team that would be as close to untradeable

I am just getting sick of Dak being made the scapegoat by many when 90%+ of the problems with the franchise are with the Jones family
The problem is when dak plays good..it';s good. When he plays bad it's ...unblievebably shameful. And it seems tied to two things...how good the other team is, and how good our defense is playing.

It would seem he simply CAN NOT turn any tide.

He has brought this kind of criticism on himself. If you are gonna be "top 3" qb...or "MVP"...I mean you can't have that kind of performance, reputation, or even perception.
