So basically cut off Lambs best season. What a convenient way to do it. If you want to be honest we can look at last season and pretty easily see the gap. Now maybe Brown takes that step to match where Lamb is now but since is already that 1 step ahead being the better player now certainly matters.
Lol im just comparing both of their first 3 years. Maybe Brown takes the next step? He had 119 catches for 1515 catches on a team whose RBs had over 400 combined carries, theyre definitely in the same tier

CeeDee wants to paid at a record breaking salary. St. Brown is getting peanuts to what 88 will be asking for. Again fans and media don’t seem to understand. Dak is a quarterback that was second team All-Pro last season. His agent is going for the highest contract in NFL history, Micah is a 3 time all pro player in 3 seasons. He wants to be the highest paid defensive player in NFL history, CeeDee has proven to be a top 3 receiver in the league with two straight all pro selections. These negotiations will be long.
Having 3 highest paid players in in NFL history by their position is not a football team.

Some front offices work, some do press conferences to show how great football minds they are.
Every team has a pre draft press conference. The Cowboys happen to be the most popular team. That is why they make a billion dollars in merchandise a season.

I know. Super crazy. No money left to keep a competitive team intact.
Salaries climb according to the cap. It has essentially no effect on being competitive.

The bigger is the problem for the community. Wages of working class people do not climb 5-6 mils every year. So the differences between the well paid and the working people get bigger and bigger.

Goff had some pedestrian games too
Lamb and Dak weren't on the same page at the beginning of the year...whether it was getting use to McCarthy's offense or what.

Now I didn't watch as many Lions games as I did Cowboys so help me out there but last I Saw Ben Johnson is widely considered one of the best OC's in the game and they had the same offense the year prior....

Wasn't really on board with Dak getting the big contract, definitely was not on board with Zeke getting the big contract, but I am good with CeeDee getting the big contract. Same with Parsons.
Same here except of Parsons. I think trading him brings much more value.

CD is worthy. Parson's plays half a season he will have 10 sacks by week 9 and 3 in the following 8 weeks. Including a few multi sack games against some really bad teams.

What is it Lamb does that makes him worth more than St. Brown?
CD can play all 3 WR's positions at a high level. He runs good routes, has great hands, creates separation, has good run after the catch and can make acrobatic plays out of contested balls.

He checks out of games. Does not look like a real fighter to me.

And he talks too much.

I think we could get 2 firsts for him. That would be great value.

Now if we had a real GM and got Micah some legit help where he was not double and triple team constantly, could he have 20 sacks????

Maybe.......but we will never know with GM Jethro.
