Not a lot of warm and fuzzy feelings this offseason.

Micah is a great player, generational talent and ultimately when the pads go on him and the game kicks off none of these comments matter but he’s got worlds to go in terms of maturity, leadership and accountability.

That however has nothing imo with how much the cowboy should and will pay him. He’ll break the bank.

actually I am questioning the part about being a generational player. He has the abilities but as a player he is lacking. He is so into himself that he thinks no one else ever matters on the field.
This man is NOT a team player

Stephen Jones must be watching this proudly.

“I created this environment. Offseason genius strikes again”

Big ol’ pat on his own back

I said generational talent…the generational player part is tbd but to be honest it’s hard to find an argument against him being on pace to be just that other than low hanging fruit arguments.

Trade him. He said it himself. He's an undersized pass-rusher. He won't stay fully 100% all season especially at the end when it matters most. He has a crap attitude. Generational talent, sure, but not worth that he thinks he's worth. Trade him and move on.

He's no leader and the "some people get paid a whole lot of money to be here. I’m not one of them” along with "he ain't never had a Micah" sums it up. I get shades of Owens from him. Great undoubtable talent, but not worth the headache in the end.

So he isn't healthy now? Wild guess is that he will never heal even in September and then plays hurt all season, so how are they expecting him to be reliable in the upcoming season(s)?

Definitely not a leader and should not be counted on as one in the locker room. Just stop talking.
