He thinks TE Tyler Warren could now be a major target........can't disagree. Especially if Witten is added to the staff
He gives you another recieving weapon, blocker and protector.

Lots of possibilities; but considering how often what the coaches want turn out bad I hope not.

Schott is a run first coordinator, his priority is going to want to fix their run game. Think OL, RB and TE's.

I’d be fine with Warren. He is going to be an awesome TE. He’s the TE in this draft class that has the most “Gronk like” potential.

But I don’t know if the chances of him being drafted have increased just because of Schottenheimer.

When Warren is mid don't pretend yall weren't hyping him up all off-season

I think most are overrating Warren, he isn't on the level as Bowers or even Gronk, he is going to need development on the next level as a route runner. He isn't going to be able to just use his athleticism on the next level. In my opinion, he has the potential to become a Dallas Clark type of TE, good but a generational type of TE.

Yea if you can't guarantee he'd get 900+ yards or a double digit td guy immediately it's just a ridiculous pick for a tight end round 1.

He is not going to be that impactful, I live in Penn State country and have watch every snap this season.

what do you think of him?
I see a good player, but not a generational one. Not the receiver as a Bowers or a Pitts was at the same stage. If fully developed could potentially become a George Kittles type, but has a long way to go as a route runner. See him more as a 2nd round player.

Kind of what I thought; nothing I have seen of him indicates he should be a top first rd pick
