It's a good sign for the WR corps that a veteran with so much experience is not needed.

Maybe I am crazy but I see Dallas keeping 6 Wide receivers Pickens, Lamb, Flournoy, Brown, Hudson and Anthony Smith. See what Dallas can get for Mingo in a trade for a player or a draft pick in April. I think Mingo has looked good, I just think these young receivers are legit, I really do.

He's a vested veteran. He doesn't have to go through waivers. When released he automatically becomes a free agent.
