Bell is a core special teamer…you’re drunk if you don’t think he does!He wasn't on the list @ the time......Another guy I think I would have kept.....over Marquese Bell.
This Bell kid has more lives than a cat. Still don't see the infatuation. Can't cover....Can't tackle. Doesn't play special teams...
The Lions will pick him upI think Blue will be back in some capacity.
You can't teach speed lol BTW the Lions kept 5 RB's and 4 WR's. Which seems very odd.I was talking about this preseason and you are wrong. And this latest preseason (you know the latest work by these players), he was as bad as Thomas.
The hope is that it's because he's coming back from the neck injury and the hope is that he'll be a better scheme fit here. But we don't know if either of those things will come to pass.
Hot off the wire from Stephen Jones' office. Cowboys are cutting Jerral W Jones. Tried to work out a trade but nobody was dumb enough to take that trade.
You always have the blue on for what Dallas does. Jones was just as bad as Thomas this preseason from all accounts, playing against similar backups.I was talking about this preseason and you are wrong.
.... and apparently he played like #2

He was not very good and wouldn't even want to see that. Everything I see about Broderick is more encouraging. His foot work is good, his run blocking is excellent but his pass block needs work. He has made the starting line up had 38 starts. There is less things to fix on him then Neal. Akoye said the play they keep ragging on him in preseason was his only bad play all preseason. Plus he isn't coming in to replace a starter he is here to replace Nate Thomas.https://www.nfl.com/prospects/evan-...clickref=1101lDNHhQjG&affiliateId=1101l137958
Makes you wonder what Adams could do with him.
I believe his desire for the game is gone, but the need for relevance is alive and well.Crazy that Trevon Diggs can't seem to muster a comeback.
The tape don't lie. Go watch Akoye. You always have the blue on for what Dallas does. Jones was just as bad as Thomas this preseason from all accounts, playing against similar backups.

Or you are smarter than Will McClay and know all G.M.s were letting him go through waivers. The Cowboy's got a development guy they wanted at a cheap price. That would make perfect common sense. Common sense is not allowed in the Dallas FO, Just wacky Jerry nonsense, LOL
You can buy what Akoye, a Cowboys fan, is selling or you can see with your own eyes. Jones has been bad since he entered the league. He has excellent movement skills and size but his technique has been terrible, which gets him out of position and makes it easy to get him off-balanced. Coming off injury, he's been even worse this preseason because he's lost weight and strength on top of having poor technique. Whether he'll get back to pre-injury form is unknown. Even if he does, pre-injury form was no better than a backup at best but Pittsburgh started him because he was a first-round pick. Dallas has to hope he gets back closer to Georgia form with different teaching and a different scheme. Thankfully, the Cowboys are not relying on him to start right now, but if he had to play as a backup, the tape shows that he wouldn't be much better (if any) than what we've seen from Thomas. The tape don't lie. Go watch Akoye.
Or he can just watch the other two preseason games. He is weaker in the pass block but he seems to hesitate at the point of attack. If he could be trained there he will be better. The tape don't lie. Go watch Akoye.
