Great win and b'day present! I fully expected a solid Philly win, but out D was outstanding against McCoy, and I think that paved the way to victory. Thanks Cowboys and may I have another!!!

. I have a feeling the Week 17 game will be for the division again.

Not with the Eagles I don't. It took til week 7 for this Chip Kelley offense to get both QB's knocked out of the game. I thought Vick would be lucky to make it to week 4. He made it to the 5th game. This team has 6-10 written all over it

i just reread the score predictions thread. i tried to tell you guys we'd win.

huge props to the defense completely shutting down the eagles offense. theyre starting to get things together. and the turnovers are real fun to see considering how severely this team lacked forcing turnovers in years past.

the overturned wilcox INT was a blatant farce imo.
THEY or nobody else SAW the tip of the ball hit the ground because the WR`s pink gloved hand was in the way, they PRESUMED it hit the ground which is an absolute joke and needs answering

I felt like I was watching CSI.

"Well Troy, if we enhance the image here we can see the microscopic skin cells appear to make contact with the tip of this blade of grass. So that's clearly an incomplete pass."

Carr,
Hatcher,
Lee,
Church..

ALL of these players deserve to be in the Pro Bowl.. If not, the fix is in.. Loving this win today. Hell ya... Still ain't liking some of the decisions on the offense (like Romo's second INT, RUN THE BALL) , but, I will take it. Loving these young players man.. Haven't felt like this about this team in a while.

Guys like Caesar Rayford and Jason Vega were getting good pressure in this game. If they can turn into something, I'm excited about the long-term future of this defensive line.

I originally thought it was an INT but when they showed the isolation zoom view from the sideline, it showed the back half of the football hit the ground...

Yeah for the most part. There was at least 2-3 PI's not called for Dez and that Avant tipped up in the air INT by Wilcox was a gad reversal. There was no conclusive evidence that ball hit the ground. Should have been a shutout.

How about the dlineman drilling Romo while he had already been downed.....the ref would have pulled a forearm trying to get his flag out his backpocket if his name ended with Brady, Manning or III.

Grass is not ground when the hand is underneath. I think my main problem with the overturn was that if he had put his other hand on top and caught it it would not have been reversed because his hand was under the ball.

I thought the overturn on Miles reception was. afarce as well. Neither were conclusive evidence to overturn.

Negatives first

The offensive line took a step back this week.

Austin is either still hurt or done..

Too many damn penalties.

Romo was decent at best.

Randle isn't the future at RB..

Postives

Our D-line battled, created some pressure.

While Foles was bad, the man to man coverage worked really well.

Mccoy was nullifeied early, making the Eagles one dimensional.

Terrence Williams and Cole Beasely should only get better and since they're both early in the careers, we have them for cheap.

Sean Lee is a top five linebacker in this league right now.

Good road win.

Very happy with that win. I thought Philly would be a challenge this year, but quite honestly, they looked really bad. 3-0 in the East and the lead. You can't really put a negative spin on that.

Great win. We totally outcoached them, specially on defense where it seemed like we líned up 2nd string preseason personnel for the most part. Guys like Wynn, Vega, Rayford and Heath saw a lot of playing time. Kudos to the coaching staff for getting them ready.

We're not getting the respect yet, but the teams we lost to were pretty good in their own right. We just rattled off relatively impressive wins against each NFCE opponent, have everything clicking on offense, and then some, and look to have sorted out some of the coverage problems we had early by playing more press-man. Today, the LBs looked pretty dang good in covering those backs and receivers underneath. I think we're getting sold-short a little bit.

A road in against a good DET team would convince me, though. :)

I didn't see everything clicking on offense, in the relatively impressive win. As a matter of preference, having less respect offers more elements of surprise too, so I hope opposing teams keep Dallas as an underachieving non-threat to keep them off the radar.

Since that banner 2007 year, the offense basically averages around 2 TDs a game with a sprinkling of FGs, so todays offensive output was actually a regress (47 pass attempts and 9 punts). The Bronco game showed that with urgency and energy to attack a Goliath, the team should be able to produce much more than that. This team has so much talent on offense but until they make a concerted and desperate effort to get the ball to that talent and control opportunities, the Cowboy offense will be on the brink of many more Chief and Eagle games during the season. The defense may end up being the star of the team before the season is over.

QFT....and then the guys on NFL Network replayed it and said: "The replay showed the tip of the ball hit the ground"...............WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT? His hand was clearly under the ball...when they showed Avant sweating out the replay call, he was almost CRYING...he knew it didn't hit the ground. To overturn that is CRIMINAL

I have to agree. I thought that to overturn a call on the field- it has to be irrefutable.

It wasn't. I think the ref wussed.

i doubt the refs had that replay. the replays fox had were the ones the refs were looking at im guessing. none of them were conclusive enough to overturn.
