That's ridiculous for someone to somehow call Jason Witten out. This game came down to end game coaching and our coach completely sucks at this. I bet it's the 5th or 6th time we've lost late with a lead because our coach can't find a first down.

That wouldn't surprise me, either. It's unbelievable, though. Something as stupid as a holding call, and it gifts the other team an extra 40 seconds of game time, and we still can't stop them. It's incredible, sometimes, how we lose some of these games.

And this is one I felt was coming, all week. We just got so close to where I relaxed and started counting the win, and then, BLAMMO!

What angers me is that trash they did with 7 seconds left. They don't even attempt to take a shot down the field to get into field goal range. They do some stupid shovel pass trash. I bet Witten, Romo and Ware walk off the field smiling. I'm sorry, but the core needs to go. They are not winners. Dez was getting fired up and Ware and Witten with nondescript faces trying to calm him down as if this was no big deal they lost the game. We have a culture of mediocrity here and it centers around our core and with Garrett. Jerry Jones is there obviously, but that's another story.

Witten was clearly pointing out that there was time left on the clock and for Dez to get ready to play. Dez was acting like a toddler.

Agree, with a lot on Romo. He didn't do anything until Dez got in his face and as the case is so very very often when the ball is placed in his hands at the end of game to win he doesn't produce.

That's garbage. Romo had 3 TDs NO INTS.

Garrett took the ball out of his hands the last two drives and put the game on the defense.

Romo led two TD drives in the 4th, both times giving 10 point leads.

But enjoy your fairy tale of Dez acting like a child being a spark

It's just amazing that we can somehow find a way to lose even when the game is esentially won. I just can't believe what I see every other week.

Completely agree. I have tried SO HARD to like this guy, to give him a chance. He's a huge puss. A coward in the 4th quarter who can't manage a game.

This season is NOT a loss. Still in first place with a lot of winnable games coming up. FIRE GARRETT and promote Marinelli.

meh, won't happen. You're right on all other pts. though....this is what JJ wants. A yes man..a lackey that he can control. 7-9 wins every season is fine with him, because the money comes in regardless. No change necessary. I said 7-9 before the season. Maybe 8 or 9 wins but it won't matter. SF, Seattle are class of the conference and everyone else is well below them

It appears to me Garrett shut the offense down with over 3 minutes left and decided to play field position against a team that had already gained over 500 yards in the game. We didn't even try to make a first down - which is all we needed - in our last 2 possessions. I really don't want to say anything else right now, other than the Cowboys' fans deserve better.

It was absolutely the right call. What wasn't the right call? Running the ball on 3rd to allow a possible offensive penalty. Should have been 3 kneel downs if they aren't playing to win.

as many as Jerry wants him to. And since Jerry has painted himself into a corner, and doesnt like to admit to mistakes....this isnt gonna change anytime soon. 6-10 this year will not get JG fired, IMO. Jerry is all in with this guy. Sub-par as he may be.
