Can we discuss Garrett not calling timeouts when Detroit got to the half yard line w 25 seconds left? Even if Stafford spikes it they have 3 more chances from there to score.

We should have called TO right away and let them score. At least then we are down 1 point with 25 seconds left and a timeout. Time for 2-3 passes on offense and a long FG attempt. At least try it Garrett but as always at the end of close games he cannot think he freezes up

Think about this. T. Williams was targeted 10 times compared to Dez who was only targeted 6 times. You gotta give your playmakers a chance to make plays. So we already know why Dez was mad.

Tony Romo. The epitome of mediocre. All these years and we can't win with this guy. Early on, he could not move the ball, 29 yards at one point late in the game. He won't even look to Dez's side of the field, it's like he makes up in his mind where he's going to go and that's that. Owens used to complain about this all the time. He has one AMAZING game like he has every year and people get emotionally pulled in. Stafford took chances even though he threw 2 turnovers. Romo used to take chances, but he's scared to because of interceptions. He needs his guts back. And if he does take chances and it kills the team, then he's not good enough anyways. The game was lost early, not at the end.

The play calling definitely cost us this game, but I have a lot more problems with the second to last series than I do the last series. You can't just sit back and try to kill the clock with that much time remaining. It was a bad call at that point. Detroit knows you are going to try to use the clock against them and they are looking run first. We should have been trying to get a first down or two instead of playing itvsafecagainst THIS team for sure.

I suspect JJ has instructed him to play it closer to the vest ,but I can't prove it.

CONVERSELY, Ginger keeps gagging in a HUGE way with clock mismanagement and game decisions. He makes mistakes you see on Friday nights and Saturday afternoons and it's going to get him canned after this season more than likely.

yeah garrett should call a time out when Detroit has none and is running down the field to try to spike the ball....not a well thought out idea on your part...

why is this team the only one that doesn't know how to get the ball to it's playmaker? Stafford threw up and CJ was double covered. He will throw up to CJ in triple coverage... He trusts him to MAKE THE PLAY. Dez shows the same ability, but we go and force the ball to a rookie instead. I don't mind throwing to Terrance Williams, but when he has nearly double the targets as Dez, that's a problem.

They had ample time to spike it - you need to think not me. First off, the lack of timeout left our defense panting and unprepared for what actually happened, genius. second, even if Stafford spikes it as expected, you don't think they score from the half yard line with 12 seconds left and time for 3 passes?

Calling a TO there gets us ready for either a goal line stand or getting the ball back with a lot more time than 12 seconds. and we still had a timeout after that. Like Garrett you need to think also before replying stupidly

....all pretty true......he DID take it out of his hands because they can't trust him in crunch time: too many INT's. That's a fact...so, it backfired again. Dez COMPLETELY humiliated himself IMO....total CLOWN behavior from start to finish: verbally abusive to coaches, Romo, Witten and even Ware. Kid nees meds I'm telling you. Team is garbage and will be until Jones dies. Then we can start all over with is golden spoon kid who doesn't seem much different with his antics and comments lately. (Romo and Lebron analogy was brutal)

This guy needs and infraction for making starting a baseless statement about a player. When it was said about Ratliff people were told you couldn't talk about it unless there was proof. This guy keeps pressing this nonsense and doesn't know that football is and emotional game. Grow up kid
