This is "That" game for the Cowboys

To "be in this position" does not show progress because we gave been "in this position" each of the last 3 seasons and lost
To win this weekend would show progress

Agree in general , but do feel this is different as I for one never expected them to be in it again looking at the schedule and knowing how far we were still away from having a defense that could make a difference .

My preseason thoughts were 7-9 at best and no chance for playoffs, or division.

My problem with the "This game" mentality is that let say we beat the Eagles but then goes on to lose the remaining games and miss the playoffs. Then what would people say? Same thing....Dallas can't win big games to get into playoffs.

There have only ever been two NFL teams who have posted 11 wins and failed to make the playoffs. 85 Broncos and 08 Pats so, theoretically, it could happen. However, it's very unlikely to happen this year.

That may be true however there is a very good chance that if we lose this "it" game , there will be no other "it" games this season. Basically we are now in a playoff situation and every "it" game we win makes the next game an "it" game

If we don't want that as a team then we are not that team

I am pretty sure Philly beat Indy earlier in the year...didn't they? Guess I can go look it up.

Yes, they did- I forgot that one. They would have lost that one, too, but Andrew Luck threw a pick in the redzone late in the game.

I'm ready for this game. Like NOW. My work week is officially over now - yes, at 2:03AM (band) and I'm READY. NOW. I can't hardly stand it....

Wow, what a game!!!!.. This was indeed a big hurdle for Dallas. This is the place in resent past they have been and failed. This time however i must say i am overjoyed!!

I didn't say they would not win, but like alot of folks we were bracing for what we knew to be the normal.

so, with that said, it gives me great pleasure to sit here this morning and enjoy a great big freaking plate of

CROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When i'm wrong i say i am and now SMH......:)

I don't think Sanchez looked OScan's way many times last night. Too preoccupied with Carr.

Thought so. Carr gambled and got really burned on that one sideline pass. We can't afford any of that vs the Colts....
