GB players do not face that on a reg basis, most of the season the temps are not 18 degrees. Frankly Dallas style of ball does favor the colder weather it is a big physical OL with a power running game.

what??!! they practice in it, last year the game was 0 degrees against 49ers. They are use too it

Since Super Bowl opportunities are so rare, how would you want this to play out?

1 Rodgers hurts his calf again, and can't finish the game. Dallas wins
2. Carolina beats Seattle on a broken play in a defensive struggle, Dallas wins handily against Cam Newton.
3. Peyton Manning suffers a career ending injury in his final pass to put Denver ahead of the Patriots

Dallas defeats a leaderless Broncos team in the Super Bowl, and edges them out in a hard fought game.

Romo gets his Super Bowl, but no one takes him seriously, because his competition in the playoffs wasn't healthy, and he barely won.

You see, the BEST scenario out of all this, is that the Cowboys, with balance and intensity, fight through all obstacles, beat the best teams, and hold the Lombardi trophy over their head. Unsure if it will happen?? The players aren't doubting, they KNOW if they lay it all on the line, they will come out on top.

I want this years SUPER BOWL VICTORY to mean something!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Those losses happened on the road not at Lambeau. They've been the most dominate team at home this season even more so than Seattle last season. The Packers are undefeated at Lambeau this season scoring over 50 points in back to back games vs Chicago and Philly. They had 2 other games at Lambeau where they scored over 40 points. Although the Cowboys are unbeaten on the road this season it took some great comebacks vs St Louis and the Giants to remain undefeated. The Cowboys have never beaten the Packers at Lambeau during the playoffs. If Rodgers is on his game the Cowboys D will get shredded and the Packers will win by at least 2 scores.

Rodgers doesn't appear 100% with his calf so if the Cowboys D can apply some pressure on him forcing him to move around it could lead to an off game giving the Cowboys a chance. It's going to take an off game by Rodgers for the Cowboys to win. Lacey is a load he ran through the Cowboys defense last season for 141 yards. The Cowboys don't match up well with the Packers which allowed an average QB like Matt Flynn to toss 4 TD's against our D last season. A hot Aaron Rodgers will doom the Cowboys next Sunday. If they fall behind by 14 to Green Bay like they did Detroit yesterday the Packers will win going away.

Any given Sunday. I'll still be rooting for the boys come Sunday morning.

We're just as bad of a matchup for them as they are for us.

Homefield helps them so hopefully we score first and hold on to the ball.

Its going to be a great game. I'm just going to enjoy it. This team has surprised me all year, anything going forward is gravy, cold weather, road, 13 point deficits.....nothing seems to phase this team....I wouldn't be surprised if they pulled it out at Lambeau.

I'm looking foreword to this game. You are what you are. not playing them now doesn't mean you will win or lose to them two weeks from now.

Dallas just finished playing in Chicago, Philly and Wash and it was cold in those three cities as well. It isn't 10 degrees cold, but it was still cold. This was recent and will go a long ways in preparing for this game.

you used that as well they played SF in it as they are use to it, SF is a west coast team who runs the ball and managed to go in to GB and beat them. Other years GB has played at home and lost as well you make it as if well no one can go in and beat them there and fact is their only run to the SB came on the road not in GB. It is not going to take a miracle to win. My god get a grip

The past doesn't matter.

I won't be convinced Rodgers can beat Dallas until I see him do it on the field. Until I see him do anything on the field. How he looked immediately after the injury is irrelevant according to the articles I've read.

Would not touch this game even if I bet on sports.

after we win please don't come back with your crow. Fans like you don't deserve to enjoy these times.

Detroit was a bad match up. Running game vs running D. Star WO versus suspect secondary. GB cannot stop the run. We will be fine.

I think the X-Factor isn't Rodger's leg it's the Packer's running game.

The Packers running game was better than the Cowboys over the 2nd half of the season -- both in terms of total yards rushing as well as yards per carry.

In a perfect world the Cowboys will be in the nickel all game long against Rodgers. To make that work they have to stop Lacy.

Agreed
Luckily the coaches know that

I agree, I was more nervous over the game vs the Lions. Maybe the fact Calvin Johnson ate our lunch last year and weird things seem to happen in the games we have with Det in recent times. GB they are an outstanding team and I think Rodgers is the best QB in the league but I don't think playing in GB is a disadvantage for Dallas. I think being a team who is a power running team is capable of going on the road good weather or bad weather makes no difference. Passing game can be affected by winter conditions and looking at Rodgers numbers over the course of his career I can see a drop off of the big numbers in extreme cold games.

Could never figure out why teams practice indoors rather than in the elements to prepare for battle.

I would have to guess there is some statistical evidence that practicing outside does little to improve your football team.Too many risks involved in having your players practice outside. For a football team, your players are your greatest asset and you protect them as such.

Kinda worrying that Vegas thinks GB is 7 point favorites this early.

I'm sick of this freighted attitude and how everyone will be a bad match-up, I've seen that term every week this season. Green Bay is a tough challenge but they are very beatable and the Cowboys have the weapons to put them down.

They're 8-0 at home which is great but outside of New England and Detroit it's easy to see why they scored so much at home with Rodgers having 25 TDs with 0 INTs.
