Of all the teams left in the playoffs including the AFC, there isn't a team Id rather play least than GB bc they have the best QB on the planet who plays his best football at home and hasn't thrown an Interception in 3 years. IM proud of our boys for winning a playoff game but this matchup is a nightmare.

I would be very disappointed if they were all are not tough in the playoffs. Let's man up!!

lmao, the lions cant score on anyone. They scoredl ike over 21 points all year against the worst teams in football; you think a team wiht stafford who hasnt beaten a team with a winning record on the road in his entire life is a harder matchup than the best QB in the planet at home.

Did you watch the game and the Detroit defense?

When we are talking about a better match up, we mean our offense which is the strength of our team, matches up against the GB defense better than the Detroit defensive line.

Our running game struggled against the Lions front in a way it will not against GB, that is our best way to neutralize Rogers, keep him on the side lines.

Further, Rogers is hobbled and our defense is finally getting turnovers and pressure which makes for a better match up overall.

and there are things Lions do better than GB which is why they split the series this year. A big key for Dallas has been an OL that pushes people around and Det match up was a very tough match up for the Cowboys. GB defense is not as physical of a unit as Det. Dallas should be able to control the ball vs GB

Detroit has a better defense especially against the run.

Simple logic really:

1) GB defense against the run not as good as Detroit.

2) Running the ball is what makes our offense go and able to score and win time of possession.

3) Rogers not on the field due to our winning the time of possession, can not score from the sideline.

Yeah because you know what you are talking about: " 42-14 Seattle, this might be the worst possible matchup out of any team in the NFL. Romo throws INTs against the best secondary in football and Murrya fumbles agaisnt a team that forces TO's like no other at home. Jerry made a comment about their secondary causing flags, they've circled this one on their calendar. IM ok wiht it though, 4-2 baby; can't beat that."

Before we start feeling down about our chances at Lambeau, remember that this is no longer the regular season. The Packers have lost 4 of their last 6 playoff games played there.

I think the Detroit defense posed more of a threat to us than Green Bays offense. We can
Play ball control and wear down their def while keeping ours fresh. They're gonna have to be ultra efficient.
I don't see us losing this game

It's the playoffs, my friend. There are no easy matchups anymore, except maybe if we had caught the Cardinals with their third-string quarterback.

Call me crazy all you want but I just wagered 100 bucks on Cowboys and Ravens winning straight on the road. Payout is $986 plus my own $100.

All my football senses are telling me Dallas and Ravens will win. Dallas is the better team this year. And if somehow Panthers knock off Seahawks, Cowboys will win the Superbowl. If not, Cowboys will still have a chance to beat Seahawks on the road.

Agree with everything said with one addition:

I don't think Rodgers will be 100% by the time game time rolls around on Sunday. He needs more time to heal. That's what I'm hearing.

Actually, I think that is a pretty good bet - I would think that the odds of both Dallas and Ravens winning are better than the 10:1 bet you made (I'd put it at somewhere around 7:1?). Would not be at all surprised if the NFC title game is at AT&T Stadium.
