One of the people saying Hardy accuser Nicole Holder had no injuries is.... Hardy accuser Nicole Holder. She testified at the bench trial that she didn't have injuries after filing a police report that said she had bruises "from head to toe". And the reporters in the Courtroom that saw the pictures you listed described them as "redness" and "scratches".

Redness and scratches are two things consistent with a cocktail waitress on coke going berserk. She also had a broken toenail from going nuts two days prior and kicking his car, then being restrained by security. If Hardy had picked her up over his head and thrown her into a bathtub, you would have a list of broken bones on that list.

They aren't available to the public. Also there are conflicting reports on whether they have been turned over to the NFL or not.

My only question/concern is this. The allged victim said she was choked with both hands by Hardy. Shouldn't there be evidence of that? And why wouldn't the charge be attempted murder? Especially in light of the fact she was allegedly told he was going to kill her on top of the alleged choking. Hardy is a big man. Hard to imagine there not being any evidence of the strangulation.

choking does not automatically lead to physical evidence and no it would not be attempted murder as he never intended to kill her.
