of course I do. That doesn't refute my point. The media will not be ignored until Hardy is punished more or gone. I'm not saying its right.

His hands are tied.

The only possible punishment would have to come from DAL and that would be a real stretch of Employer/Employee laws and the CBA.

I would assume that if Hardy has wounds on his face that the woman was trying to fight back. I'm not absolving Hardy from total blame, but, generally speaking, women who suffer sustained domestic abuse don't usually fight back unless they reach a boiling point when their striking back constitutes lethal retaliation.

Maybe the woman started the swinging first. I'd defend myself to.

I have a wife and two daughters, and they are all less hysterical than you.

Well hopefully they got better common sense and learned how to be treated better from others

As I said earlier I dont believe for a second that the FO and league didnt see these photos.

Well the league for sure did. Already noted and stated that they did review the photos.

I don't like what he did but he served his suspension and should be able to play football. There are police officers who are still employed that have done worse under the protection of a badge. Couple of videos come to mind, one showing a group of officers pummeling a lifeless body (one runs back once he realizes the camera was rolling) and that CHP officer beating on that lady on the side of the freeway.

What's it going to be then, eh?

Anyone have the links to the original threads concerning Hardy? It would be funny to see how many people around here that are losing their minds now have been consistent from the minute he was signed.

Good to hear. I really like Hardy and want him to be on the team for an extended period of time.

Your defense of a gold digging cokehead floosy shows what you are as a person and should embarrass those around you. LCD is what you are.

Do you really not get this? Who cares what she ingests and what she does? It's not a defense. It's about beating women in general and abuse. If you don't get that then you are lost.

My daughters will never be coked up drunken ****** who fight men. So I win.

And even if all your protection didn't stop her from doing something wrong she still wouldn't deserve to be beaten silly. Victim blame much. Wake up

I'm not taking anybody's side. I'm wondering why pictures are suddenly convincing a bunch of people that Greg Hardy is a creep when they already knew the facts of the case. For whatever reason, he threw his ex around. He was convicted. For whatever reason, she didn't show up to testify. The case was dropped. Hardy's record was expunged. The pictures don't change any of that, unless you believed it never happened.

If the record is expunged then he really want not convicted.

He was never convicted by a jury which is required by US law unless you opt for a judge which was not the case.

The only reason they can have a non-jury trial is because it is just a filter to eliminate obvious cases from requiring a jury to be convened. "Comvicted" in that state just means the judge didn't throw the case out.

More hysteria - beaten silly? Really? That's your idea of beaten silly? To me that looks like the aftermath of a physical confrontation with a man who is literally twice her size. Had he beaten her ******** wouldn't have needed to show the same dozen photos over and over, there would have been a lot more bruises to photograph.
