haha the NFC East is a big enough dumpster fire that mathmatically a 2-7 team is still in the race for division lead? what humor!!! WOW.:lmao:

That's what sucks about this whole situation...we couldn't win ONE or TWO games on this seven game stretch?

I feel like we SHOULD have won in NO, NY, TB, and home against Philly last week. But we got NONE. NONE. Getting even two of those would have us in the drivers seat on out, that's what's most frustrating.

I won't give up yet, but it's obvious we need to win out. Period.

Being blind doesn't stop you from listening. Its being deaf. And nobody is listening because no fat lady is singing

She's been singing for 3+ weeks. Apparently you still haven't gotten the memo.

Yeah, winning out would help. A tough task that will unfairly land on Romo's shoulders.

I'm not giving up on the season until we're mathematically eliminated. if that were to happen I hope we sit our main guys and see what we have in our youngsters to help us evaluate the draft better.

Go into next year with a healthy Bryant, Romo and new coaches.

But until the final gun goes off and we are officially eliminated I am still in this thing.

If WSH beats them both they will both have 2-3 div records. If the opposite happens like you mentioned both are 3-2 which means we need to sweep WSH to have a tie. Gonna be a circus til the end.

Yep, and even if we tied the winner of NY/Philly with a 4-2 division record, I'm sure the other factors (common opponents, conference record, etc) would cause us to lose the tie-breaker. Bottom line, we need the team that wins NY/Philly to lose to Washington to have any chance at winning the tie-breaker.

Back on board??? I do not think most people ever left. Some are just now realizing how bad our coach is but they are all still with the team. Even people like me who have seen Garrett for the weak fraud he is for years, have never not been on board with the team. Wanting to hire a real coach shows how much on board we are with the team.

The Cowboys gained no ground on New York or Philly and lost ground to Washington which means they're multiple games behind all three teams. Good luck!

Season over bro, we just lost to freaking Tampa.....................let that sink in awhile.

That post you quoted was from before this week's game, and posted in response to a hypothetical where we'd won the PHI and TB games.

Well those hypotheticals didn't happen, did they?

I love how Garrett preaches "finish, finish, finish" and its under his watch that the team blows a lead in 4 consecutive games for the first time ever.......55 seasons and never happened before.

Yep, the team is really taking to Garrett's pep talks like a fish to water.
