When does Hardy become an option?

So in 2014, during our 12-4 season, Mincey led all pass rushers with six measley sacks, yet fans think we are doomed and want to bring Hardy back. No thanks...there are many ways to win games and many ways to pressure the QB.
1. DLaw
2. Irvin
3. The draft
4. Gregory is back after 4 games
5. Time for Ryan Russel to step up
6. Bring J Crawford back

Is it "well documented" because I don't think that it is.

All I see is another fable, built up by hearsay and unsupported by the truth. The only person I've seen that has done any research into it whatsoever showed that Hardy missed or was late for a grand total of two occasions.

If anyone can provide actual evidence saying different other than an unsupported, jaded opinion, I'd be very interested to hear it.

But, like anything else, people scatter when asked to support something they just typed out without knowing what they were talking about.

Going off what I read last year or earlier this year. You've read enough of my posts with attachments or quotes. My silence is nothing more than I am busy, I have more pressing matters, I have a job which requires my attention, I have a family, and like today I am just dead tired from a long day. While I don't claim to know everything I do know what I am talking about. In this case I do remember reading he had issues being late to practice in Carolina. Now did I read that on here, yahoo, or some other article that at the moment I can't recall. Last time I checked this is an opinion based forum not a court of law where each post requires proof.

So you don't think if Hardy was there and brought some more pass rush we wouldn't of gotten further?

What is the point in discussing it?

It is like discussing what woulda coulda shoulda happened in 2007 if that terrible awful Pat Crayton hadn't dropped a pass.

Point is simple. We weren't good enough then. We weren't good enough in 2014.

Yet, that is what we aspire to be again?

Used to be that we wanted to win Super Bowls.

That is clearly not the design now.

Being relevant? That's the real ticket.

Im afraid that many of DLaw's pressures and sacks were a product of teams having to scheme for Hardy.

I see Lawrence not getting enough credit and Hardy too much but it would be reasonable to think Lawrence had more opportunities because of Hardy.

Maybe more pressure up the gut will do the same.

We will take a QB (which I'm okay with), a TE and a WR with the first three picks. ;)

No, we will have no choice but to draft for need at DE with Bosa.

That is so clear right now, it is scary.

I don't think we have a plan for what happens if someone else is dumb enough to take him before our pick.

This is from the always correct and never wrong Rapshheet ,
This isn’t the first unexcused absence for Hardy in Dallas. Hardy missed practice earlier this season. Rapoport also noted on NFL Network that Hardy also had issues with tardiness during his time with in Carolina and in college at Ole Miss.
Is it "well documented" because I don't think that it is.

this one is from a sporting news article and ex teammate
Hartsock added that Hardy’s obsession with his alter ego, "The Kraken," has caused him to "lose touch" with who he really is.

"The Greg Hardy that was on the field was going to be a nightmare for the opposing team," Hartsock said. "But then you go in and everybody is in the hot tub or the cold tub after practice just shooting the breeze and the guy carries on a very reasonable, level-headed inquisitive type of conversation. But then there are other times when he's just unmanageable. There are times where he would just . . . (be) frustrated with something that had happened. There were a couple of times where he was late for some meetings and things and guys would try to pull him to the side and talk some sense into him and you could just see that there was a bull-headedness to it."

I never said "well" documented just documented didn't take long to find two different articles from different times.

Well that didn't paste out the right way but hopefully you can decipher as I said I am tired.

Just like last year right? Not saying we're going to re-sign the guy but damn, ppl like you who are 100% CERTAIN that Hardy will NEVER happen here just irks the hell outta me, im sorry

I'm absolutely certain and I'd be willing to bet any amount of money that you're willing to lose on it. Name your price.

Prove you've got it to lose.

I'm willing to put 1k in a PayPal account accessible only by a mod. How about you?

Get a grip, guy. I'm not getting into some idiotic bet just cuz u wanna prove u got "stones" or some nonsense. **** here bub

Not going to get in the Hardy debate but I think if we had an offense last year that didn't leave the Defense on the field the whole game the defense would have looked much better................
