i'll bet you a used donut who you are talking about. :) you can't call him on his own actions because his are never personal and always inquisitive, and certainly never meant to come across as insulting. however, if you respond in kind, his butthurt goes into asstronomical levels.

I see a guy like that in the news a lot lately.

Well, it's easy to see why people in this thread have pegged you as childish and a troll. Bye.

Bye? Like that hurts me. It's a shame some folks respond this way. It's not childish to disagree. Being bold enough to express a differing opinion is not trolling. However, if your inability to maturely deal with conflict causes you to disengage then perhaps that is best.

It's Rick's story but he MUST share it with his other brother Daryl.

Rick shares his story with all the other characters. Rick differs from everyone else in that the writers may jettison a character from the storyline at some point but Rick is immuned from that possibility. Just one of the perks of being the nucleus of the TWD universe.

Daryl is immune from being jettison as well. When he gets killed, Ill stop saying it and you will have won the argument.

Haven't read the comics, but I'll be interested to see how they explain Negan letting any of the men go, if that's how it plays out. Can't see Rick's group doing that at this point if the roles were reversed unless hostages were involved.

The thing to keep in mind is the "Saviors" need these other groups to produce food for them, find "stuff" for them.

Everybody could use errand boys.

However, considering how disproportionate the kill ratio is atm, it would be a lot wiser to find some who were less threatening...

I had heard through the rumor mill that it will end with the audience not knowing who the victim is, just that someone dies. That would be extremely annoying if true.

And it will probably be revealed during one of our night games too. :)

The folks who read the books through this point:

If Negan doesn't kill women due to his harem option, is that true of the women who choose work instead of joining his harem? In other words, is this a legitimate offer from Negan or does he just turn around and give them jobs they can't physically do and then some other person kills them?

Is it true of women who are not harem material, like older gals?

As far as Rick getting killed, these people would be done inside of a month if Rick dies.

From what I have seen online, Norman was seen filming for next season so he isn't getting killed. The rumor mill is saying Negan kills Rick.

50% of merchandise sells comes from Norman being on the show. You don't kill the cash cow. Rick is always safe . TWD is his story .

Yep.

As of today, if they knock off a "main" character I'm going with Glenn.

If they go with a "minor" character I'm going with Aaron.

His offer is real to the ones he offers it to. Its only for the ones he'd want to sleep with but it's real. If they move into his place, sleep him, and show total devotion to him then they don't have to work. If they're not interested in that then they work like everyone else in the group does. They earn their place and they help.

Like the ladies we saw earlier this season. If you're not getting the easy life, basically, with him then you're one of the people out there stealing, scavenging, bullying, and killing people for stuff. If you don't want to do the terrible stuff then you sleep with Negan and you have the easy life. That's basically the way it is.

Now if they go with him and then decide they don't want to he allows them to leave as well but there is a punishment for the man they're returning to (As that's usually the reason these women stray or wouldn't want to stay is because they joined the group with their husband or man they're in love with) for sneaking around behind Negan's back.

And it ain't a pretty punishment either.

It's part of the arrogance of Negan and frankly the way that he underestimates Rick and his people.

Negan will now do what Rick has done to this point. Think to highly of his own control and what he believes he can do without knowing just how determined the people are that they're dealing with. Negan has been doing these types of deals with communities for a while so he believes he can break anyone and make them bend to his will because, to this point, he's been able to.

He doesn't realize just how different a person Rick is to deal with.

It's part of what makes these three arcs of this so good is just how different, yet how alike, Negan and Rick are.

I think it has to be a main character to set the tone of what Negan is. It really wouldn't be the same, IMO (especially after seeing it in the comic book) for it to a lesser character. It has to be a main character cause it has to be something that really hits Rick hard and also rocks the entire foundation of his group.

That's the whole reason for it being a main person and it's one of the reasons Negan picks Glenn in the comic. He wants it to be someone that will really hurt Rick. Really hurt his group. Cause that's how he believes that these people will indeed do as he says, so they don't lose anyone else that really matters to them.

Sounds like he has a nice set up ;)

well how does negan know who the main characters are? he's not up to speed on the show itself!!! lob them one of the Alexandria guys and tell them he's been with you from the start and plead for his life while hiding glenn and daryl.
