How do you know this?
How can you so confidently refute this sir? Many have stated it. Just because we haven't heard it directly from the mouth of hoodie doesn't mean it's not true.

With all due respect, it just seems like whenever there's a reach, the "rumor" is that someone was going to nab said player.
Nevertheless, I hope the pick pans out. But I also hope we get some picks today worthy of starting or contributing this year.
Not for me. I think I'd take Jack pre injury. And Smith is a Will, not a Mike for those that keep saying it. He does not shed blocks very well against the run. He ain't really a bulldozing LB. That's Ragland if we wanted that. In fact despite having inferior size, Jack is better at this than Smith. Jack is also better in coverage, though Smith is no slouch there either. I also think Jack has better instincts. They are both similar athletes but Smith has slightly better size for the LB position and perhaps has slightly higher upside if you take the injury issues out of the equation, because some of these things he can improve on, but I don't think there is much in it. Jack is the more polished prospect. If both are healthy Jaylon Smith is a better player.
But they aren't healthy...
You need to get a clue and read more...The Patriots were all set to get him at the end of the second. We either get him where we did or lose him forever.
NFI or IR will be an interesting decision and will tell you a lot about what the doctor thinks about his progress.
I meant NFI. He didn't suffer an injury while involved in a NFL activity so he's eligible for the NFI. Functionally no different then the PUP other then the fact that on the NFI they don't have to be paid, but I imagine that he will be paid regardless of what list he's on.NFI? Did you mean to say "PUP"? His injury was definitely football-related. If we put him on PUP, that would be the best possible news.
