Does it really matter who picked the backups? Jerry definitely picked the coach. That was the most horrendous job of coaching I've seen since being a Cowboy fan. And that says a lot, since most of us witnessed the Campo and Gailey years. There's no excuse for how lost this coaching staff looked in a lot of those games and I'm also glad Jerry FINALLY said something about it. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.....

If I'm a Cowboys executive, I definitely point to the Joey Galloway trade as a model transaction to use when trying to defend current personnel decisions. Next thing we know the Jaylon Smith pick will be compared to the Roy Williams trade.

If you honestly think the coaching staff put those QB's in a FAIR position to win, you didn't pay attention to those games at all. And I'm not just taking about the QB's game plan. The defensive game plan was just as horrendous. Why does this coaching staff keep getting a free pass? Injuries or not this year, if this coaching staff can't get more effort out of this team, there should be some major shake-ups with this staff. I'm tired of excuses. That's what this team has become.....

He is GM and owner. But to think he only makes the decisions and no one else is laughable
