We have Tapper, Moore and Collins on IR.
Hanna, reportedly not near ready, is on a slightly different reserve category so not sure if it is the same exception for coming back.
It has been reported Tapper is not coming back this year.
Moore is not needed this year.
That leaves us with Collins who would be great depth and would be ideal if he can play RT.

Collins (toe) is no longer wearing a walking boot on his injured foot, Brandon George of the Dallas Morning News reports. He could possibly return this season. He hasn't began running yet, but he reportedly won't be putting that off much longer.

Although in a different report:
Both veteran teammates Sean Lee and Terrell McClain have undergone the procedure in the past and, although they didn't return the same year, neither was slowed thereafter by it.

Funny how things work I bet if Leary wasn't playing so good with our past luck Collins would have been wearing that walking boot till February

i was hoping we could try him out at RT if we get a blowout.

Would love to get Collins back out there... If he can be the swing tackle and back up at G, could be huge going forward.

Bring Collins back when he is healthy and there is a roster spot open. Give him some spot duty to make sure he is ready for the playoffs if needed.

If Hanna doesn't practice in the next couple weeks, he'll be in ineligible to come off the in-season PUP.

Same for McFadden.

McFadden is not in the same category.
I think it is really whether La'El can come back.

Wow, it's interesting to think about what could have been. What if we had gotten a solid trade offer for Leary and taken it, who would be playing guard for us with Collins out? Would a really good defensive player have offset that and made it worthwhile? What about a good early round pick in next year's draft?

He certainly has the skills to do it. I've been following Collins since he started at LSU and thought he was just as good, if not better, at OT than G

McFadden is on NFI, which is functionally the same as PUP, which Hannah is on.

La'el is on IR.

We need Hanna much more than we need Collins, who isn't going to play RT. We need a blocking TE.
