one common type of non compliance is refusing to give whereabouts information so testers can't find you.
 
I think it's clear that Jerry's instructed the NFL to forgo slapping him with that third violation for these many months, which could have potentially ended his season, but instead, we get a shot with him the final two games and the playoffs...

The NFL knows who their master is, and he likes him some '**********!'

You may have read it the wrong way. Pot is decrimalized up here and now legal just 30 mins from me. So we dont take pot too seriously anymore. Nothing against American Indians either just they did Pow Wows and smokem peace pipes that where rumored to have had some weed in those pipes. All in fun, nothing discriminatory or meaning to make other feel bad. I would be up for a deletion if I could just based on one member wanting it so in order to keep harmony in the forum.

The main point is: the NFL is taking Pot (something that legal in states now) too seriously and what next? testing for alcohol usage. Maybe I should have suggested Mile High Stadium instead of Dallas Stadium as Pot is legal in Denver..

No chance at all that Mara AKA the real commish lets 94 play when the gspots are in the playoff hunt.

The league didn't announce it. It was a leak from a source.

The league cannot announce a suspension on the record until the appeals process is completed. That's the procedure per the CBA. There's nothing preventing the player or his representation from saying anything, but the league cannot.

I am fully expecting a hand picked officiating crew by Mara this Sunday, so any big runs that Zeke get expect a phantom hold to call it back.

Just saying.
 
If the typical rules allow for a player to practice 2 weeks before coming off suspension, not in compliance most likely means that due to the pending suspension, he is not eligible for that 2 weeks. If he had no further suspension pending(appeals or not), that's probably what being in compliance is.

The rumor is that he missed a test-- which the league treats the same as a failed test. He is suspended for 2 more games under the current 10 game ban-- and can then return.

If he's suspended for a 3rd time-- it will be for a year, and he can appeal the suspension and play games until a decision is made on his appeal.

I think the NFL & Players know it's a problem but they can't change the rules until the next collective bargaining agreement so they have to obey the current rules.

And holding themselves higher than the Legal System.

Why do the owners want the NFL investigating anyways? Stay out of legal things. You don't need to investigate a player that our legal system finds not guilty of anything.
 
Not saying that the NFL is up-front and transparent on this issue but I'm not going to believe anything ANY writer says about this until the NFL makes an official statement.

Almost all businesses hold themselves to a higher standard than the legal system (which is not a high standard). Just because something is legal doesn't mean a company has to allow it.
