502 points speaks for itself.

I assumed they would lose in seattle.
I get the fright at the points, but they are not capable of controlling games and above all else stopping the opponent.

At the end of the day, they will end up being something like 15th best all time scoring in a season, but I don't see them making the Super Bowl.

I was wrong too.

Seattle is now 9-5-1. Atlanta is 10-5. If Atlanta loses and Seattle wins, Seahawks are the No. 2 seed. If Seattle loses or Atlanta wins, Falcons are the No. 2 seed.

Or Atlanta loses, and Detroit wins out to take the 2 spot.

all I have said is that offense is great.

I dont know where anyone is going to finish or who is making the super bowl.

The 1998 Vikings were as feared as these Falcons but we're undone, ironically, by the Falcons who played a ball-controlled offense.

I like our chances.

The Commanders need Lions to lose to us (are we resting or not?) and have to beat the Giants next week to get in. If the Lions beat us they would need the Lions to beat Green Bay and win.

Good point. So it will either be the Lions or Redskind as the 6th seed I think anyway.

yea that sets up positioning. That is taken care of it.

now its about matchups. How many games we won the 1 seed by means nothing now. Its over.

Atlanta's offense would be a real problem for Dallas. 502 points is amazing through 15 games. that division is terrible defensively but they have done it to everyone.

What? No. Dallas record isn't just for seeding it tells you who the better team has been this season and the probability of beating another team. Atlanta has lost 3 more games than Dallas has thus far which shows they are more exploitable in a one on one matchup.

throw the records out once the playoffs start. Its about matchups, elements, environments etc.

Dallas is the better team. They have the weapons to exploit any defense and get a big lead which is a problem for the way we play.

502 points, so ****** what. You act like they are some unbeatable juggernaut like the 99 Rams or 98 Vikings. Great they beat up on Carolina, New Orleans and a bunch of other bad teams and lost to all the good teams they played outside of Oakland which was very early in the season. They also lost to the Eagles and Chargers

actually I am not claiming anything other than they have scored 502 points and are going to be a very difficult matchup with whoever they face because of their balance and the fact that they put the ball in the end zone.

the rest is you assuming because I guess you are looking for an argument.

I am simply saying I respect that offense. Whoever plays them will have their hands full on defense.

Huge field goal for Cincy. Don't see these Texans overcoming a four-possession deficit like this.

But they also have a horrible defense that Dallas can control the clock on and keep their offense off the field.

They don't have the defense necessary to do what it takes to beat this team. We all say "Dallas doesn't want to get into a shootout" but it's actually impossible with their style of play. Games are over too quickly.

Pats might crabwalk to the SB with this collection of QB's in the AFC.
