Hey! I didn't really toe the company line, I could just see *their* reasoning. I try not to get too emotionally involved in anything, especially stuff out of my control like whatever shenanigans Jerry does with the Cowboys. Some things I agreed with, some things I didn't, try not to get too caught up or you'll drive yourself insane.

Eh, I am not going to talk to you anymore. You are too mentally healthy.

if tony ends up in Houston with that defense and hc he will make them an instant superbowl contender

If I am Romo, I go to Houston.

I don't think Denver is anywhere close to being a strong contender.

No OL. Rookie head coach.

Nothing attractive about Denver if I am looking to win soon.

Houston at least has a strong WR1, good defense and a dome.

Their OL is not good, but can be improved quickly.

I was thinking more of the 55 TDs and 5500 yards just posted by Manning in 2013...
Damn,I wasn't near enough up to speed on that, that's gonna be a pretty high hurdle( those are phenomenal numbers)

Yet @Super_Kazuya I shall stand by my convictions in the prediction,, and will only crawdad away from it when proven wrong as I'm pretty sure I will be tooling my Ferrari Through the Finer and not even that great trailer parks in Malibu just to avoid having to face up to you then,,,,:lmao:

I am not a fan of the move, but.....

I saw Garrett the other night with "Mooch" and it came out during the conversation that Garrett has not talked to Romo since the season ended. That just blew me away.
It's impossible to prove, so call it a gut instinct, but I think Garrett has grown tired of Romo overcoming his often pathetic offense for years. I see the entire Romo situation and how it was handled as an ego thing. Garrett is the complete opposite of Tony in terms of earning his position. Prediction: I doubt Garrett will be coach at the end of two more years.

The fact that Romo is gone and freaking Garrett is still here is messed up on so many levels.

Credit the play of Dak, Zeke & the OL and not Garrett. Garrett couldn't coach his way out of the men's
bathroom. You'll soon see this year as all 31 teams now have a book on Dak. Won't be so easy this year my friend.

Half of your post is right and the bottom half is wrong. Dak is a winner. The team will be fine on offense. They will just suck on defense.

JG is a puppet coach. You are right about that part.

Run and gun QB's can be defensed... Just check out the Panther's season last year. Dak is the shiny new nickel but,
team films like the Giants two games against him make him beatable. We'll see how fast he picks up the nuances of the
game.

That's why it baffles me that they wouldn't have already offered at least some form of draft pick by now. Jones doesn't get off the hook for his own stupidity and being in some unnecessary rush to do right by Romo. He's a moron.

But Houston has the choice to trade for Romo, solve their quarterback problem, and be a true contender. Or be cheap, risk Romo signing with Denver, and being stuck with no quarterbacking again, firing your head coach for not winning enough, then starting over again in 2018.

The Texans' knack for totally screwing up anything and everything related to the quarterback position is truly mind-boggling.

The Texans screwed the pooch by signing Osweiler for so much money. They simply don't find it feasible to have both Osweiler and Romo cap hits on the team.

And here's a crazy thought...maybe teams are not too keen on a 37-year old QB that has played very little football in the past 18 months due to numerous back injuries. If Romo were to go to HOU and get injured, between him and Osweiler it would be an utter disaster.

I've done the homework, and the math. The Texans could easily afford the $14 million for Romo's contract, with money to spare. I don't see the logic in following up one clear mistake - signing Osweiler - with another in not trading for a proven quality quarterback when you have the chance. Two wrongs don't make a right.

Sure, there's the possibility of Romo getting injured again and missing significant time. Then there's the certainty for "utter disaster" which they've seen up close and personal in Osweiler single-handedly destroying their offense and being unable to throw for 200 yards in a game.

Stash, we just have to face facts that Tony being brittle the last two years has made teams wary of giving draft picks for him. I believe
that there will be 4 or 5 teams that make a run at Tony but, none will pay anything up front to talk to him. Some team has to make an offer
in order to have a market for him. Obviously, none did. Just look at what Chicago is paying for Glennon... Ridiculous and not near as good
as Tony. I'm not sure at all that Houston will fight hard for Tony... They just have an dysfunctional FO. Jacksonville might become a suitor though.

I think it's a done deal that he's going to Denver. To get crushed behind that awful offensive line.

Houston will suck again because of Osweiler, fire their head coach, cut Osweiler in 2018, and be back to square one at the position and hiring a new coaching staff.

Bad endings all around.

I love how certain you are that Romo will not get re-injured. If he does...it's an utter disaster. Two wrongs will make a horrible wrong and the Texans may take 5 years to recover from it if that happens.

I think the team that should take him is the Cardinals, but they are still hitched to the Carson Palmer bandwagon.
