SHE FALSIFIED EVIDENCE.
The burden is on HER to proof that she did not falsify the other 'evidence'
And that's why she would struggle to win in criminal court. This isn't criminal court.

Her story doesn't have to be perfect for the league to determine that something happened that doesn't jive with their conduct policy. That's what they did.

Goodell has absolute power in that regard.

Metadata means nothing.

EE acknowledged all along that he was in Columbus. The only thing metadata proves is that the pictures she took occurred on the day she said they did and were taken in Columbus. The DA has never questioned the validity of when and where they were taken.

No, but Zeke's attorneys did.

Hm. Was her getting into a drunken brawl at the club with another chick part of that timeline?
I wonder about that, too.

There was video of that fight, and it showed no punches, just hair-pulling. So they say no bruises resulted.

The whole thing is just so low rent. Zeke needs to up his standards with women. Strippers with daddy issues isn't the way to go.

Show me what evidence they have - nothing in their NFL statement showed this. You are speculating.

Actually, from the NFL statement - they actually confirm they don't have enough - and it's really just an assumption on their part that Zeke did something.

So, really, you're just talking out of your *** here. This entire thing hinged on them proving Zeke put his hands on her - nothing in the NFL statement brought up anything else, just that they sided with her story - but also confirming they don't have enough evidence to prove he touched her.

Why would think a fan has access to any evidence as if they are part of the investigation?

That's a ridiculous ask.

he said if zeke does it again, that means he said zeke did it with no conclusive proof.
that is character defamation.

yes there are work place rules, but you also have to treat employees equally for punishment. it is now commonly accepted that the accuser has attempted to falsify evidence. that should discredit her totally in terms of any evidence. that includes injuries that she could have inflicted on herself. for that evidence to count, she needs a video of herself continuous during the time period.

basically her meal ticket was threatened and taken away.

so Zeke is being punished for playing naughty boy in USA. go south Zeke but dont get killed or kidnapped!!!!!

Don't do it Zeke...Just go on any webpage and snag one of those Russian beauties who want to be your hometown best babe. They come cheap and even cheaper by the dozen.

It really doesn't matter, haha

I think people who keep bringing up meta data are illiterate when it comes to this language - you are pretending it's some smoking gun.
And you keep thinking this is criminal court. No smoking gun is necessary to determine something happened in civil court, which is what the league office essentially is.

True, but the panel isn't worried about her behavior. They were only investigating his behavior, and they still believe it's clear he did something wrong.

How difficult is it to understand that if she falsify evidence, she could have falsified other evidence.

There was no proof that Zeke falsified any evidence. Therefore, her evidence is the one in question and the burden is on her to proof that the evidence was not falsified.

Like did she hit herself? Did she have someone else hit her?

If she had that evidence, the cops would have already seen it.

No, but Zeke's attorneys did.

No you're wrong.

His attorneys stated he WAS in Columbus on the week of the 16th.

They are saying that the bruises occurred prior to that according to medical experts and EE was out of town at that time.

If you are going to make things up there's no reason for you to continue to post here.

Well if they have new information then they should be fired. Because they botched the investigation. And if Zeke did do it then I have no sympathy for him. I was one of the few on here that was yelling about signing Greg Hardy but they better have proof.

You were not the only one. Just look up some of my posts. Hardy was a vomit.

The smoking gun is the skank falsifying evidence.
If she would do that with the police etc, she would do anything like falsifying other evidence.

And they failed woefully to prove those bruises occurred any other time. The metadata corroborated the time frame of those injuries. It doesn't prove he did it, but they were intimately involved in some sort of relationship.

That's what the league made its decision on.

And if you don't know the difference between the requirements of criminal court and this, then I can't help you.

It really does not matter where Zeke was.
The skank falsifies evidence.
She could easily have been the one to injure herself, and she had a financial motivation.

Again, that's why Zeke is not in jail. The NFL doesn't have to meet that standard of proof for conduct policy review.

No one is saying this is criminal court. We are saying this entire thing hinged on if Zeke put his hands on her, that is exactly what got him a six game suspension. Yet, they lacked evidence to pin this on him - admittedly saying as much.

"No smoking gun is necessary" - Now I ask you, how many times do we have to bring up that the NFL needs to be reasonable with these suspensions? This isn't Walmart.

They said there was proof her injuries occurred during the days with him. Then they claim there was damning emails and texts though they didn't share them with us. They made it clear that they didn't respect Zeke's argument that maybe it happened somewhere else with no proof. They even claimed they checked on the idea that maybe she was injured bumping into tables while working or in a fem-fem altercation. No evidence of anything at work, and witnesses to the altercation said neither woman ever threw a punch, just hair pulling. I think it sounded like they felt Zeke's argument was insulting BS. Again, reasonable doubt in court, but on the job people are allowed to use their common sense without ironclad proof. I read all of that.

My speculation is that she and he had some moments that probably got a little physical, probably very minor, hopefully no actual hitting with fists, but those who saw the evidence, not any of us, were unanimous and sound confident that he did something wrong. This isn't a conspiracy, but Cowboys fans always seem to think the world is against us.

I'm not disagreeing with that. I'm trying to explain why the league is in its rights to do this, and why the CBA is such that Zeke has no chance of winning this case otherwise.

Do you think Zeke hit her? What does your heart tell you?

Yea, but any reasonably impartial court will side by Zeke when it gets there.
all her 'evidence' has been totally tainted by her attempt to falsify any evidence.

The league still has to show that it is consistent with punishment of its employees, and this is clearly not consistent with other cases.
