31 owners can tell him Youre firedI'd say we are going to see that regardless of the Zeke case. The problem is, it's kinda hard to punish the punisher.

Is it possible they don't want to risk further harsh language condemning their actions by another judge and drop this?When you don't really have a case, an expedited hearing just speeds up taking that L.
They'll take all the time they want so they can try and prepare a case. But this is a big loss for the league office.
The Brady case made Goodell more arrogant. Thinks he can do anything he wants with no consequences. Go ahead owners. Give him a 5 year extension. 5 more years of making you all look like fools. It's going to bite you in the end.And this is just the ruling for an injunction.
Nothing is absolute in the law, but man it's looking bad for the league. How are they going to argue to overcome what the judge has already characterized as egregious misconduct? They'll have to pull something out of their ***.
They're lucky that the Brady case hinged on notice. This was a straight railroading, and the judge agreed. Going to be hard for them to try and somehow prove at trial that it was fair.
Time to do a little lurking at our beloved NFC EAST friends message boards.
nnoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooIs it possible they don't want to risk further harsh language condemning their actions by another judge and drop this?
They are not dropping this. They don't care what anyone says about them. Just make them angrier. Evil people like them don't learn a lesson. They just keep making the same old mistakes.Is it possible they don't want to risk further harsh language condemning their actions by another judge and drop this?

I think it goes to another court. Waiting on the legal guys to confirmBut I don't see how this judge will change his mind. How do you walk back the statements in this ruling?
@aria @goshan @beacamdim @Diehardblues any thoughts????
who was that guy that always defended Brady???
Nugent?
Mmmm... This bears truth.They are not dropping this. They don't care what anyone says about them. Just make them angrier. Evil people like them don't learn a lesson. They just keep making the same old mistakes.
They did one on the Duke Lacrosse players. Same thing here. History sometimes repeats itself.This has ESPN 30 for 30 written all over it
