Yeah, Boise has a really good food market for being a mid-sized metro area. We have a surprising amount of places to eat but we obviously don't have some of the novelty places like In-N-Out, Whataburger, etc, etc. In-N-Out is getting closer and closer to Boise but none yet.

Hopefully some day!

None in California, and never tried it when in states that have one. I have been to a Waffle House while in Kentucky :)

The Waffle House in Dallas where 35 splits coming from the south used to be all you can eat. I don't know if it still is.

All you can eat, you say?? :)

Oh yeah. When I used to go to Dallas for concerts all the time we would hit that place up on the way back. We would have a crew go in and eat and then cycle out to the car in pairs to recharge our hunger. We would be there for hours and hours. We were excellent tippers so nobody cared. Good times.

I only drive up there to see my brother occasionally nowadays. He lives in Frisco so getting him down there hasn't happened.

Please let me know if the crew goes out there again. I can buy a plain ticket and make my money back with your guys' gameplan :D

Wendy's has awesome burgers, Sam.

Their triple cheeseburger and their baconator is out of bounds

Too much bacon / fat. It makes me queezy after eating foods with that much fat. (though I punish myself often eating Pernil, like today's lunch)

There's no such thing as a good fast food burger.
The ones that come off my grill are the best.

Every single In-N-Out that I have been too(probably around 30 different ones) have lines around the block from open til close......there are no exceptions. I can not say the same for Whataburger :flagwave:

Burgers... like many things are subjective.

I do know that most chef's prefer cooking a burger in a manner where it is cooked in its own juices– No letting juices drip off the burger.

Was down in the Phoenix, AZ area this last weekend and I finally ate at a Whataburger for my first time. Damn. I was impressed. Dare I say it could edge out an In-N-Out Burger?? Both are great hamburgers but I can say I liked Whataburgers fries better.

Needless to say, I was fat and happy all weekend with all my choices. :D
Welcome aboard!

In n out sucks..no idea what anybody sees in that..

Whataburger is so much better..

Keep in mind, I've only had each one once..neither are offered where I live so there is no bias here

There are.

In spirit of this thread, I just had a 4x4 and animal fires. It was really good, Jed.

You've only had one each once, yet you make a declarative statement...

Who doesnt love a good burger? In LA I like fat burger and a place called the hamburger habit. In n out is ok but the fries are made in peanut oil and i have weird reactions after i eat em. In abq now and a good green chili cheesburger would rival anything on the globe. id say fuddruckers is the spot. Blakes used to be the bomb but has went downhill over the years.

Do you mean The Habit Burger? If so, yes, it's incredible
