Who's the one *****ing here?

One person is giving credit where credit is due.

The other person is *****ing about people doing that.

I would do the exact same thing I did last year, give the Cowboys credit deserved for their great record.

Obviously, some people are incapable of doing that if it's not their team.

I know full well who's *****ing.

I think people are less reluctant to give the Eagirls credit because...well this is a Cowboys site.

So what?

It's a team in our division. One we have to compete with for that division. And one we play twice each year.

Fandom is one thing, stupidity is quite another.

And the Cowboys are a football team. One of 32. If there weren't any others, there wouldn't be any Cowboys either.

Anybody who can't give someone else credit earned is a child.

What happens if the Cowboys manage to win their 2 games and the Eagles lose two in a row and we are put even with them in the lose column? Thinking that Philly is going to go 15-1?

So that's the goal? To have a two game lead on the East? Because the Cowboys have done that without wasting money in free agency on players passed their prime.
They don't have a 2-game lead right now?

Can't trade for anyone after today.

Eagles got better today. Will we?

They'll make Ben pretty "related" in a few weeks, where they're rolling over the Cowboys.

And at season's end when they're winning the division and going to the playoffs while Dallas isn't.

It will be "related" then.

No any thread that reads “Why I wish I was an Eagles fan” is not relevant.

When I’m trying to reach this site I don’t type eagleszone.com

If people want to be Eagles fans there’s plenty of places to do that

So you have a mirror in front of you? Like you guys say, Cool story, bro.

Lighten up. You should expect Cowboys fans to defend the Cowboys especially when the criticism is grass is greener bull****. The Eagles haven't achieved a damn thing. When the Cowboys do well in the regular season it's tossed aside as not good enough. Apply that same logic to the Eagles front office. When they actually achieve something, they'll deserve credit. At this point they're still the same non-Super Bowl winning early season warriors they have always been. Saying so doesn't make other posters stupid. We've just seen this movie before.

And if you can't stand to hear others talking about this, and giving credit where credit is due, there are plenty of other threads to choose from. Go pick one if you can't deal with reality.

I give as I get. I think you were the first person to use the "B" word there, right? I'm fine with having a civil conversation. I prefer it.

They're 7-1 in the current season that we're all talking about. They've "achieved" that. We've "achieved" 4-3. Truth.

When the Cowboys do well in the regular season it's tossed aside as not good enough. Apply that same logic to the Eagles front office. When they actually achieve something, they'll deserve credit.

That's not true at all. When Dallas was in a similar position last year, you, me, and everyone else were enthusiastic and singing their praises. You know it and I know it. The Eagles have the best record in the NFL. I wish it was Dallas too, but it isn't. But that doesn't mean I throw a tantrum about it and refuse to give credit where credit is due. Little kids do that stuff.

At this point they're still the same non-Super Bowl winning early season warriors they have always been. Saying so doesn't make other posters stupid. We've just seen this movie before.

Sure it does. Because the past is just that, the past. The Cowboys past with Landry and Johnson winning Super Bowl doesn't do a thing to help Garrett or this team. Just like not winning in the past has nothing to do with the current Eagles being 7-1.

But I'm not telling you anything that you don't already know.

Wentz also couldn't have panned and then what? You pulled a RG3 and wasted first round draft picks.

And they weren't any more proactive then we were. They had Sam Bradford...he wasn't in their long term plans.

No draft picks ever guarantee success. You have to trust your own evaluation and take your shots based off that. Eagles did that. This FO took Claiborne without even evaluating him properly before trading up to get him (at least that's what everyone is saying). Remember we really like Wentz and may have taken him if he fell to #4. Their FO made moves to improve their team and did a good job by being proactive. We didn't. Simple as that. We are counting on draft picks to pan out which isn't a bad idea but should supplement that with FA.

And this is the thing, I don't come on this board to see it overtaken with Iggles praise, especially when some of the same posters can be so negative against the Cowboys and expect more love for a division rival on a Cowboys message board.

I was just thinking we needed another one of those threads where you leave battered and confused covered in a mixture of sperm and Eagles feathers and have to wonder what the hell happened in there.
El Presidente!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!

You're a sick puppy and I love it! :)

Because win streaks and teams that look good going on a losing streak has never happened. Hand the Iggles the Superbowl championship right now and forfeit the rest of the season. Forbid talking about the chance of the Cowboys going on a possible win streak on a Cowboys board.

Please clarify if you disagree. I'd love to hear your position.

100% I disagree and for obvious reasons... I love how this team is always devoid of talent and when we get talent we either want to trade them, not resign them. Such a bizarre thought process. Yea I am sure JJ, SJ, JG are going to let a 25 year old back go they spent a first round pick on. They have never done so, and they never will. See Randy Gregory

You don't speak for every fan either, I want him signed long term, and I would bet 85% of the fans would as well.
