I suspect Jones was talking with Goodell throughout the off season and was assured this would be wrapped up favorably. I also suspect Goodell had to go kiss the ring of Mara, who told him screw Jerry like a back street hooker.

Goodell knew what was going to happen. That's why he waited until Jerry's HOF induction before he made his ruling. Goodell is a snake.

your hatred of Jerry reminds me of some here on Tony. completely illogical and indications of mental illness
I don’t know any diehard Cowboy fans who don’t despise how Jerry runs football operations for our beloved franchise. And I know hundreds if not thousands over 50+ years of being a fan .

IMO if you support Jerry your not supporting what is in the best interest of Dallas Cowboys football.

You get my point though, right? I don't want an attorney that may be going through a crisis himself...

Maybe he'll be good and slink that Black Cube stuff off like it's nothing (I'm sure he will), but it would definitely stink if he gets hit with some serious allegations, while in the middle of this NFL thing.

I don't claim to know the details, but here is how it sounds to me: The Times is whining because they felt themselves above being scrutinized. They then try use their pulpit to smear a lawyer because of whom he's defended in the past. "Oh look this lawyer professionally defended a rapist some time in the past." They then insert photo of the two together to attempt to demonize by association. Super sleazy media tactics by the Times, IMO.

Times guilty of using their paper for personal vendetta and culture wars. It happens almost daily now on the left and the right.

Times is engaging in more of the same: personal vendetta and culture wars.
And I don't believe you, on this one. Respectfully.
