I keep hearing that NFLPA gave all the power to the commissioner in the CBA, does that mean he can do whatever he wants to the players without evidence? Hypothetically, can he suspend Aaron Rodgers because he didn't like the ad he is endorsing or some silly reason? He doesn't need proof of anything right? will all these courts say, go look at the CBA, commissioner has power and he can do it?
Have to violate the personal conduct policy

Yes. On a whim and hidden behind "conduct detrimental to the league".

I tried telling these kids Zeke had no shot here. He's serving 6 games one year or another. Let's make it this year where we have no shot.
Zeke is getting suspended for violating the personal conduct policy. NFLPA certainly did not agree to let the commissioner suspend players "on a whim"

Runningbacks don't matter. Cowboys will be fine. Wipe the floor with ATL.

No shot? Name a team in the NFL Dallas absolutely cannot beat, with Zeke and a healthy Sean Lee and front 4 on defense?

If Philly is the cream of the crop in this league, then Dallas should absolutely go all out this year.

RBs don't matter?

If that is the case, why the hell did we use the 4th overall pick on a RB?

Yup the NFL is doing what they can to keep this team from the promise land. This team is getting so good the refs ain't enough. Now they have to do year long investigation's on our star players. But I haven't heard much about Damien Wilson being suspended or nothing. Why? Because he really don't matter.

Does this mean he serves his 6 game now? Or can appeal it again?
Great, Zeke, Mr. Litigator! Now you sit the second half of the season instead of the first half.
No matter how good a player is, Sir Jones, troubled players will sit more than they play. Zeke, now sidelined, is no better than Glorious Gregory!!!

Probably saving that for the playoffs.

Wow, I thought it is not possible in this country to give ultimate power to employers and employees have to suffer the consequences because of a contract. When I was working as a software engineer, all the outsourcing companies would make student immigrants sign 3 year contracts and exploit them, but the courts later rules that it was not legal to exploit employees with contracts and they are not valid anymore.

I don't know if Zeke did anything or not, but if we assume he is innocent, his name is tarnished and he losing valuable playing time that he is never going get back (imagine all the records he could miss out) and endorsement money, so who is responsible for these damages? I thought he will some legal avenue to seek justice for civil suit
The NFLPA is the dumbest big Union there is.
