Taking my state tese this week, as soon as i pass it, i will meet with the brokers again and make my decision. Ive been asked to be on the board of directors of my country club, if that works out, ill pick the agency that is right across the street from the club. Only about one mile from my house.

Football is still an option, but i want to give real estate a chance. If it works out, great. If not, my wife is retiring in May. We will start traveling a bit. Luckily we dont need to work. I would like to, to stay busy and make a little Mad money!

There's a header over on the DRUDGE about the league pulling the nuclear option and ousting JJ out of his ownership of the team, it's kinda interesting on many different levels ,something about a clause in the section 8.*"% in the NFL's Holy Scrolls and how he's becoming a detriment to the league, as they are calling it not collusion ,with the Papa Johns dude, but say he instigated that fuzz upo_O
