What I wouldn’t do to get Josh McDaniels or Matt Patricia.

McDaniels was a disaster his first time as a HC. There have been very few of any long term successful Belicheck assistants to leave the nest.

Mangini was probably the best and he didn’t last long.

True. But it’s been almost 10 years and he was pretty young as the HC. If he could bring a quarter of the knowledge of Belichick it would be light years ahead of this coaching staff.

What extenuating circumstances does he have for being absolutely embarrassed two games in a row, including one at home to a division rival? Sounds more like piss poor excuses for incompetence to me.
Jerry will be like but we missing our Pro bowl LT and LB and on top of that our offensive heartbeat.

Losing Zeke hurt, But both the O and the D falling apart when one player goes out is completely on the coaching staff and the front office.
But throwing at WRs feet or 5yds ahead of them has nothing to do with that, he's starting to look like his scouting report.

Yep. That was the LOL of the night........... when Garrett told Tafoya that the plan was run the ball and throw short passes all night and something will eventually break.

So basically our entire game plan was based on luck or hoping the Eagles make a mistake on a short pass.

He's an idiot everyone. And yet some of you clowns still can't see it.

Soon as I heard that I knew it was going to go bad for us

Funny thing is I'm not even angry. I just don't get emotionally invested like I used to. Part of that is age, I'm sure, but it's also the sad acceptance that Jerry and his son are not going to build a championship caliber team. I'll still watch the games but my expectations are minimal at this point.

I’ve been the biggest Garrett supporter here. However much like 2010 getting blown out 2 straight weeks is very concerning. That’s what got Wade fired.

Here’s a better question like I’ve been saying for weeks. Who would you prefer to get that’s definitely an upgrade. It seems every coach mostly has the same ups and downs outside of New England

I think a Magic 8-Ball could make better decisions than this coaching staff.

I don't even want to imagine Garrett being on a team like the Browns where they don't have much of a talent advantage at any position. Is it possible to be worse than 0-16 somehow? That would be a Garrett-coached team

Garrett was in over his head from the get go, he should have never gotten the job. He might be a pretty decent Mid level college coach and work his way up. Giving him the Professional (a Head Coach!) job right away was the worst thing that anyone could do. We have all suffered because of Jerry's Incompetence.

Of course he won't.

It's gonna have to get far more embarrassing over the last 6 games for him to even think about replacing his adopted son.

I have very little faith in Jerry at this point. If he actually brings Garrett back next season, that little remaining respect and faith will be gone. In fact, I might just stop paying attention to Cowboys games and the NFL in general. It's a useless endeavor at this point.

The fact that Garrett can walk off the field with a smile after getting spanked by a division rival and in a critical game tells you all you need to know. jerry jones is clearly the problem and gives Garrett so much security, that he can smile in losses, while other coaches would be in fear of losing their jobs. Is there really any point for fans to get invested in the team when the front office clearly isn't? The best we can hope for is to beat mediocre teams and the occasional solid team on a downward slide.
