Hey cupcake, so explain how Romo's dink and dunk offense led him to be the most prolific Cowboys QB of all time son.[/QUOTE]Just the facts son.

Patrick Crayton owes everything to Tony Romo. He doesn't get that big contract in San Diego if Romo didn't make him look like something he never was.
Hey cupcake, still waiting.....
I don't know how you could make that statement unless you're his relative of some sort because that's insanityDeliriously delusional football ignorance.

If you are related to him by all means carry on cuz that explains it
Guys I think should be in:
Ken Anderson - A stud in that era.
Roger Craig - should've been in years ago.
Guy who shouldn't have made it on first ballot:
Troy Aikman - Top 5 playoff QB, not enough longevity to justify a first ballot selection
Warren Moon - Put him in the hall of numbers
Guy who should've rode the Earl Campbell, Gale Sayers, great but short run of dominance to first ballot status:
Michael Irvin - People don't realize how great he was.
I'm just going to give you one thing to think about. If you are into statistics (which I'm not), Romo holds every Cowboys record. Most aren't even close. In fact, he has the highest 4th quarter QB rating in NFL history.
If Romo played during the early 90s, Dallas might have 4-5 Super Bowls from that era. If Troy Aikman played during Romo's era, he'd have been out of the league early with injuries.
I can debate Roger versus Romo and be OK with either one. But Roger proclaims that he's not being polite when he says Romo is better. I believe him. Romo never played with the juggernaut teams that Staubach and Aikman.
Romo played with trash offensive lines and some of the worst defenses in NFL history. He did play with the worst defenses in Cowboys history.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again.
Romo is the best QB that ever played for the Cowboys. Period.
Roger Staubach and Troy Aikman believe the same thing, and have openly stated it.
You’ve proved your ignorance with this thread. I’m done with you.I'm just going to give you one thing to think about.
I don't know how old you were during Troy's era but when it was first and goal on the 5 during Troy's era he never got to throw the touchdown pass. you know the 3-yard easy cheesy stat building touchdown pass, because we had a guy called Emmitt Smith.
During Romos era we had a coordinator called Jason Garrett and another one called Scott Linehan when it was first and goal on the 5, or the 3, Tony got three shots to throw it into the endzone that's a hell of a stat building situation don't you think?.
On 3rd and 7 Romo would throw a 3-yard pass and the offense would Trot off the field,
it looked great on the stat sheet, hey he was 3 for 3!
I would argue if you put Danny White in Tony's system and Tony and Danny White system Danny White would own every Cowboys record and probably several NFL records to boot.
Tony and Danny White's here on the other hand I think you could make a argument that he may not have even made a team back then. You see on 3rd and long usually back then you had to throw past the first down marker. What a concept.
Anyway just food for thought, I do think Tony's an awesome announcer though.

Pay no attention to the Gameover or noshame trolls. Like monkeys and typewriters, they incoherently babble a bunch of gibberish that will occasionally form sentences.Wait, what does that say about Dak Prescott then?
16 of his 20 TD passes have been 20 yards or less
It's gonna take a lot of athletes applying fot that position to fill that spot.http://www.nfl.com/videos/dallas-cowboys/0ap3000000896097/TBT-Tony-Romo-s-fumbled-snap-vs-Seahawks
I found this on NFL.com as an interesting perspective on Romo's career and value at the QB position. This is not posted to start an argument on Romo's case for HOF but does lend thought to his NFL career. Warning: It stings a little to watch in in some parts. To this day I despise Patrick Crayton.
2 blings and superior totals will trump a guy who never played on the second to last Sunday of a NFL season
I can't say I'm sad about thatYou’ve proved your ignorance with this thread. I’m done with you.
20 yards or less is a lot different than inside the 5Wait, what does that say about Dak Prescott then?
16 of his 20 TD passes have been 20 yards or less
finally a comment that had intelligenceHaven't read any replies on this subject but Ken Anderson was a great QB
What he did in his era is the equivalent of what the prolific passers of this era are doing
And what Anderson did in his era is more impressive
Quite possibly a top 3 all time QB
