Londy, I would not assume the mods knew anything but that it was going away. I think they got treated pretty poorly by the ptb on that forum which shall remain unnamed. I shall not speak their name again.

Wouldn't you know it, I got caught mid post!! Just like when the mods would lock threads, I wasted a lot of good characters there.
That's exactly the point, I'm assuming the mods weren't told either, else They would've let Us know.
The fact that they simply pulled the plug without any warning has really made Me angry, I'm gonna sign up to twitter just so I can tell Mr Derek Eagleton exactly what I think of Him and would ask Everybody else to do the same.

Yeah we were hoping that Linehan got fired. Instead he droppped us like a bad habit.

That's Jerry for you, willing to waste millions upon millions on bad free agent signings but not willing to spend a few thousand to fix DC.com properly. His loss is the cowboyzone's gain. My only thought is if he is not willing to spend a little on some of his most loyal fans i will not spend anymore money (as long as he is GM/owner of the team) on any of his merchandise. I will always root for them but i won't support them in a monetary way for awhile

I'll never know.
It was me, Lundy.......I don't remember which post I liked, but it was definitely me.

When Jerry said changes were coming I didn't know he meant to the website....someone's posts must have gotten to him
Someone's? Just about everyone's posts were negative about Booger and even when I did give him a compliment that he was better than he used to be, I still said he wasn't very good.

Ya know, we used to discuss that very thing. Booger footing the bill to get bashed on his own site. I think that actually inspired some because of the oddness of hitting someone with their own bat.

So, if A Fistful of Dollars were someone's favorite movie, he'd have no way of telling people!

A Fistful of Dollars is good and many prefer The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, but my favorite of the 'Dollars Trilogy' movies is For a Few Dollars More.

He knows it wasn't me cuz I keep all my Likes cuz those are the only ones I'll get. I use them on myself when no one is looking. I've requested some Adore's, Love's and a smattering of Can't Get You Out of My Head, the new dual purpose comment.

Did you catch bbic, Doctor Chicken here, bragging about his Likes vs Posts being the best on the old forum right before they closed it? Great timing.

Hey...what? Who me? No, that must of been some other fat cat.

I did a short stint here when I went self exile on the old forum. It is a very nice site but I couldn't find many to play with me here before and went back home. Luckily, they hadn't rented out my room yet. Now, they've burned it to the ground but ya know what? That's the good news because almost all of us have been complaining about the technical aspects and the staleness of the forum and getting kicked out of the "too comfortable nest" and trying our wings in a new environment is just what we need.

Reality, really nice of you to relax the rules and let our folks get their likes that quickly. Great gesture to welcome some new friends.
Lol,, is that yer' cat in the avatar?
I don't know what's going on with mine, but about two weeks ago she took the notion of wanting to sleep on the middle of the kitchen table smashing the loaf of bread& knocking a potted plant over along with what ever else that lived there ,after I Gave up trying to stop her, she's now moved on to sleeping on the center of the coffee table knocking all the **** off of it for the past two nights, and when she stands up and stretch's out,she blocks out the middle of the T.V. screen,,,now ,I'm really thinking she's overtly pulling an ALPHA power play on me,,,,o_O

Nah, Runny topped the PLR (post to like ratio) list, I was in 14th place (would've been higher if half My jokes didn't sink mid-Atlantic), Bluebs was in 32nd place, but would rise and fall with His blood alcohol level.

I can't watch just one, have to watch the entire trilogy every time in order. Have to get drunk between More and GBU or I keep wondering about Lee Van Cleef and why Eastwood doesn't recognize him as the Colonel from the previous film. I keep yelling "Hey, Blondie, that's not Angel Eyes, that's the Colonel". Which is why I watch them at home....alone.

My favourite Eastwood western is Unforgiven, i thought that was his best, not the "spaghetti westerns of the late 60's" but i thought is was a great movie
That was great but what would all the cable channels do without "The Outlaw Josey Wales". I've seen it so many times, my dogs leave the room when I put it on.

I was always looking for a victory of some sort and why I initially joined the Jerry owned site back in 2008 to voice my grievances after deciding not to renew my season tickets. This might be about as close as it gets.

I didn't catch that. If I had, the only comments I'd be making today would be directed toward him. ;)
