I hate to say it but someone needs to get out their check book and put a bount on Brady. Going to have to play dirty to win that game.

He is something else. I mean he takes dink and dunk to a whole new level. His WR's know a bit about RAC too, those 20 yard Brady passes are 8 yards in the air, 10 yards of RAC. Talk about padded stats ;)

Any thoughts on the Steelers/Jags? I'm betting the team that shows the biggest threat to the Pats will lose. No, seriously, which team will make the AFC conference game the biggest audience will win. Hey, the Jags should just lay that theory of great defense to rest and forfeit the game. It ain't their time

It's unreal how Kelly dismantled this team and two years later they're in the NFCC game. Unreal.

But besides the management, we should talk about the coaching. You can't just say, 'oh, they don't have Jerry'.

Well, they had HFA and a first round bye just like us. And they were ready to play. Unlike us. As far as I know, the GM doesn't have anything to do with the team's readiness for a game. That's all on the coaches. And we've failed miserably in that regard.

Hmm...Philly had 2 years to rebuild from the Kelly disaster and Red Ginger has had 8 years.

We've been told over and over again by Garrett that it is a process. Well JG, your process has taken over 4X longer that the Philly process, plus they are in better shape in that time frame and have advanced further. That also includes the injuries they have over come. We lose a LT and LB for a few games and it's an excuse for the whole season.

Jerry, keep this up and we will be giving up the mantra of "Americans team" to "Americas laughing stock". More importantly, what if we lose the title "most valuable sports franchise"...The JJ will stop and take notice :)

Peterson inherited much better talent than JG. No doubt he did, and the front office traded/acquired Jernnigan, Darby, Ajay, and Jeffries, and there might be someone I missed.

Just like wonder boy in LA inherited some great players from Jeff Fisher, but got much credit anyway.

JG was here during an overhaul of the roster AND cap hell caused by our front office. He has under delivered results at times without a doubt, but it ain’t fair to compare the two scenarios.

but on the other hand.........Pederson lost his pro-bowl LT, his corners for alot of the season, his MLB for a good part.........now his MVP Qb..........and he keeps moving it all foward

In a nutshell, whatever talent one can argue Pederson inherited that is "better than JG's talent"......he basically lost for big chunks of the season, but has now advanced to the NFC Championship game without it.......QB/LT the 2 key peices: those 2 alone puts Garretts process on a shipwreck island.

I like Pederson's "process" alot more than Garretts version of it

You mean having a one legging LB is a bad idea?
You said it. Plus you also said “building a team”. In case you didn’t notice, Philthy has a competent GM and an owner who does what an owner should do, stays out of the way.

Dallas on the other hand has Jerry. An owner that has never built the team properly. This team has always been one sided, usually on offense, and has zero depth. Jerry tries to make himself appear smarter then everyone else in the league by getting bargain discounts on players who have known injuries and “character” issues. Philthy goes out and gets a stud RB for a 4th round pick, has a somewhat competent back up qb who actually has several wins as a starting qb. Dallas had Brandon Weeden and Matt Cassel as back up qb’s to an injury prone and crippled Romo. The list goes on and on.

Sure Garret has had 8 years but Jerry has had over 20. It wouldn’t matter who came in, as proven over the last 20 years, if you want change start praying for Jerry (and even Stephen it appears) to disappear.

Wow talk about a lack of patience. It's only been 8 years buddy. REAL Cowboys fans are willing to wait this thing out for 2 decades (minimum). A gigantic pot of gold is waiting for us at the end of this rainbow. It's amazing how some of you forget that Garrett was left the worst team in history with the worst salary cap situation in the history of sports.

GO COWBOYS!

Yep, but this just supports my point. Peterson’s depth was inherited as well. We can put 19-22 good players on the field but if we lose one in a key spot,we fall apart.

I do think Peterson is probably a better game coach than JG, but JG’s front office is less competent than Peterson’s.

I am confused, the Garrett supporters have told me repeatedly that the "process" of building a team "the right way" takes years and years and years before you can play in an NFC Championship Game.

Pederson in his second year on the job is hosting the dam thing................how can this be:huh:
PLUS, the same thing can be said about their GM and Jerry.......I'm hoping both were bothered about these exact things as they watched the game.

The Cowboys offense sorely requires starting WRs that are able to gain separation on a consistent basis as opposed to it being a rarity.

The Dallas defense will be vulnerable to teams like Green Bay, Atlanta and San Diego as long as they have trouble defending the pass.

Hopefully, some measure of relief will be available and be resolved very soon before it's too late for this team to resolve their problems.

Not to worry. Our normal 3rd tier FA's are on the horizon. Or as Jerry would say, the bargain players after everyone overpays for the level 1 and 2 FA's...

Certainly the birds FO is better. No one can really dispute that. But its also clear Pederson will eat Garrets lunch anytime the two teams play. When he wants to- before someone is stupid enough to mention the last game. You can be happy with that?

Jerry keeps his bank statements by his side during games like these. That way when he starts to feel just a little bad, he looks at them and forgets what he was feeling bad about...

With his RT out most of the year, with his number one CB out till week 17...great coaching staff here.
Perderson lost his All PRO LT for the year; his Pro Bowl MLB for the Year and his starting QB for the rest of the season and won the division and is now in the NFC Championship game.
Red Ball only lost his ALL PRO LT for a couple of games; and had his Pro Bowl MLB available for over half the season. And could not make the playoffs.

any way you look at it Pederson had the harder path and did it. Red ball FAILED.

All I know is I'd like to see a Jag's / Vikings SB. Never going to happen but I can dream...
