Seattle's OL has been one of the worst in pass protection in NFL.

Two QBs through their first two seasons. One is Prescott, the other is Wilson. Pretty similar stats, both with strong running games, but Wilson had an elite defense. Prescott definitely has areas of his game he needs to improve, but giving up on him is way too early.

Player 1: 6991 passing yards, 45/17 td/int, 65.2 cmp%, 22-10 record, 639 rushing yards 12 tds
Player 2: 6475 passing yards, 52/19 td/int, 63.6 cmp%, 24-8 record, 1028 rushing yards 5 tds

He was strictly comparing their first two seasons.

The Seahawks o line sucks now. But during Wilson’s first two season, he had a solid O line and Marshawn Lynch in his prime, running the ball.

1) Mechanics- Feet. They play a huge part in my second issue.
2) Ball placement - All over the place.
3) Touch - Tends to try to drill it every throw.
4) Pressure - He didn't handle it well. Primarily because he doesn't understand what he's seeing fast enough. Typical for a young player.
5) Needs a receiver to be wide open to throw a ball most of the time. It's not just a lack of trust in his receiver, it's a lack of trust in himself to put the ball in a specific spot. There is a good thing in that, because it tells me he is aware of my 2nd gripe. The first step to recovery.

Some of this was hidden by having Romo prepare games, critic mechanics, and call plays in year 1. Romo is gone. This kid needs some help. Hopefully he goes to Romo, or other veterans in the offseason. I think Dak has a ton of potential, but his draft grade showed this year with adversity. I hope he turns it around next year, because I think he's an awesome kid, and I love him as a Cowboy.

(Just so we're clear, these are all things I saw up, and downs with in season one IN GAME. Someone was cleaning it up year one, because he was literally 2 different guys year one at times. He flashed greatness.)

How can we be mad at Dak (a 4th round pick) for Romo getting his back and collarbone broke repeatedly. Romo was done, these coaches had Kellen Moore inked in to start then Dak shows up n plays conservative and efficient enough to make playoffs and beat packers. No we didnt beat them last year but you cant blame Dak for that loss. Now his sophomore year he struggles and these flimsy Cowboys fans try to throw him under bus. Like do yall remember Quincy, Testaverde, Bledsoe, Henson? We are extremely lucky to have Dak so quickly after Romo, have some patience with him. Is he God, No. Is he Romo, No. But he is definetly good enough for us to win with especially if we get the rest of the team on the right page.

He had a really good sophomore year. Just wasn't all world like his rookie year.

Some of you have convinced yourselves that Dak is just an awful QB. I thought I would post some videos from this past year that show Dak can play this position at a high level.

This guy is off to one of the best starts in NFL history and some of you on here act like he is garbage. We are lucky to have him.

He does have some accuracy issues but they are all things he can fix with better footwork.

Dak critics are not the type that rewatch game footage.

They base all of their opinions on watching from across the room in real time while drinking a lot of booze and bs-ing with their buddies.

Funny because his scouting report agrees with me.

Actually, his scouting reports don’t talk in the absolutes like you do.

His scouting reports say he has the necessary arm strength to make all of the throws.

And they also say that his mechanics and accuracy are inconsistent. Not that he doesn’t have any at all.

Yea, we are so lucky to have an inaccurate bum for a QB
With this line of thought from fans, we will never reach a super bowl again. Just throw those draft picks out if they don't perform after two seasons. Start over. Yeah. That's the ticket.:facepalm::popcorn:

Dak sucks after 2 years. Get rid of him.
Jaylon sucks after his rookie season. Get rid of him.

We wont reach a super bowl again because of the owner/gm, not because some of us fans see the writing on the wall with this QB

I don't understand why we can't give this guy a chance? He just finished his sophomore season that had a ton of distractions/injuries/change this year.

Dak isn't the issue. Getting this team to play together is. Look at the QBs in the Championship games this weekend outside of Brady. Bortles, Keenum, and Foles. Haha Now, I realize Wentz drove them down the road to the playoffs, but, he still did get hurt. Will that become an issue down the road? So far Dak has the health advantage there.

It was just an odd year and people are bitter and need to point fingers. I think I have heard everybody from Jerry Jones down to the janitor get the blame.
