If he leaves without a contract, I am really curious where this 5th OL Stephen talked about is coming from.

He probably even left with his parking being validated.
Jerry should hire one of those time-share companies to get players to sign.

I was on vacation once during my college years. There was an offer of a free helicopter ride in this scenic area if you would just listen to "short" sales pitch. Once you enter, they have all kinds of methods to attempt to convince you to sign something. It was bizarre. I think they might even try to use hypnosis type techniques.

I also went a multi-level marketing recruitment meeting. Some people were having something like a religious experience. It was an off-shoot of Amway. It has similarities to a cult. The scheme turns out to be that members ARE the customers. You buy everything through them and swear-off of Walmart and Grocery Stores. You get credit for anything purchased by your recruits.

We did that on a vacation once ... listened to a "short" time-share sales pitch in exchange for tickets. I'm still scarred from the experience.

people expecting something for nothing are more than just naïve. but the other word isn't nice so i'll abstain.
Around here locally, people were sinking several thousands of dollars into "oil points". Something to do w/ saltwater fracking or some such. Some guys I know were actually making fun of me for not sinking at least 15-20 grand into it.

Last I heard, they were trying to sue the guy.

You know how to make a fortune? Work your bum off and contribute to your retirement account generously.

I worked for a pharmacist I would say he was in his mid 30’s that I watched for about a month go down a list of people that got prescribed say 120 percs monthly (not exactly just painting the picture) call them up and ask how many they had left because “the head pharmacist might have miscounted it initally” a few people actually came up to the pharmacy and he would try to talk them out of taking them all together regardless of the circumstances and would incorporate religion to these people like he was preying on the weak. He told me one time “Pretend that everything you have ever been taught about religion is wrong and then pretend everything I am fixing to tell you is 100% fact”. I am waiting for the day I see him operating a church of some sorts cause he wants to be the next David Koresh/Jim Jones I can say for a fact lol. Watching a psychopath/sociopath operate is pretty interesting. They are weak people though.
