Remember the week after Dez was surprised by being cut? McClay made it a point to explain why like he can't get separation. Totally uncalled for and I have never seen anything like that before. Hell, the teams that cut players for cause like CAR with Hardy keep their mouths shut and move on.

But in true form, the Dallas Cowboys, once again, have to make news off the field with this BS.
I dunno man, that to me wasn't what he was saying. Even Bryant stated he was a distraction. And very recently he stated he was garbage last season. And after last season before he was cut he stated he was distracted and needed to work.

When asked about him in this day and age the media gets people hyped. When what we do know is that facts were laid out.

I have a feeling there is A LOT that we don't know or have heard about in regard to the negative player Bryant is.
I just have a hard time believing what I've seen, what the owner, player personal, SJ and various players have said. I just don't think Bryant needs to be excused of any criticism. Dez against the world.

I agree with you coach. mcclay's comments were unnecessary. the more astute viewers could all see his route running wasn't up to par. when he lost his mastery of the contested ball due to injuries, etc., dez became just another guy. as much as I like Stephen, he should not have made the comment. it was in poor taste.

I'm not gonna diss Dez for these comments at all. Dez played with more heart than anybody on the team since he got there. He bailed that team out of so many situations I can't even count.

Heart? Emotion maybe.

His emotion was just a cover phrase for out of control.

Because they needed a scapegoat. They've been attacking him since Day 1. They even had quoted from Sanjay Lal, a no-named WE coach that has wallowed on crappy teams with horrible WR production and minimal experience as an 'authority' on Dez and him supposedly not getting separation.

Dez was working with Robinson this off-season, the guy who works with Antonio Brown in the off-season flat out said their coaching and scheming was also an issue.

Bryant still shows a lot of explosiveness in and out of cuts at age 29, Robinson insists, but the Cowboys' scheme has concentrated primarily on routes that emphasize his strengths. In other words, Bryant's skillset has grown rusty, necessitating workouts that will "wake that muscle memory up," allowing him to sink his hips, sharpen the top of his routes and refine press-release techniques.

my opinion, I definitely think that Dez can run the whole complete route tree," Robinson added. "He just hasn't been asked to do so. And I believe they also need to move him around a bit, too: outside, put him in the slot some because he's a mismatch to a lot of defenders."

Sean Lee is less than half as physically gifted as Dez and 10x the player! You can try to defend Dez, but he flushed his career down the toilet by being a lazy diva. Lee is the heart of this team, because he is the exact opposite.

Well, none of this changes the fact that he's made of glass and been on the field for plenty of out most garbage defensive teams ever fielded and im not sure what exactly is his role in the offense.

I'm not sure what exactly Sean Lee means by accountable, when he's seen all sorts of changes on defense, but the HC and his offense is anything but accountable.

Most of the people aren't paying attention to what Sean said and that was 'other players' felt the same way as him, so he basically confirmed exactly what Dez was saying. Sean Lee didn't tell us anything other than what Dez was saying.

Dez simply said if Sean had an issue with it, he should have said it to his face since their lockerrooms were right across from each other.

That would matter if Bryant didn't miss games in 5 of 8 seasons.

And he's still way more durable than Sean Lee, who never in his career played a full season.

Your attempts to downplay Dez durability in respect to Lee's history by referencing missed games in a season which can even mean 1 is quite laughable.

Dez is right up there with Julio Jones and Antonio Brown, among others in terms of durability,

And it sounds like the organization is telling them what exactly they are to say. Both Frederick and Sean said they havd no say in who is released and they love Dez. It's pretty much verbatim.

And I wouldn't doubt Dez's use of snake is something he took from the Durant and CJ Mclollum beef..

You know what they say that when you point a finger saying it everyone else fault, there three pointing right back at you. Well said Lee.

That's cute and all but where were you when other players were actually confirming what Dez said, among them guys like Butler and Scandrick. Let me guess, those guys also had axes to grind. Or how about Cole Beasley himself in twitter po'd Dez was cut and said he was holding his mouth shut.

You guys are spinning this like a new narrative when Dez from the beginning says up front there were "Garrett guys". Why you pretending like this is new, instead of pretty much exact confirmation of what Dez was saying from the beginning?

As I read the comments, I see the belief the locker room was fragile and some finger pointing going on. So let's all blow this up and out of proportion.

Just pick your color and let it crawl up for back side.

Dez just bought himself the veteran minimum or dang close to it.

What a doofus.
yeah
Well Dez doesnt realize it but everything he tweets or says to media, will hurt his chances of signing with
another team, it will also lower the $ they will offer him.

His agents should be telling him that, but they aren't real agents, he made a big mistake signing with rock nation or whatever they
are called.

it's Dak's turn next. "well he was scared to throw the ball to me and when he did it was always a bad ball. He can't place the ball where better QB's have"...
