Signed by Cowboys Cowboys sign Adolphus Washington

This is a great signing minus what the haters think. My buddy is a huge Bills fan, God help him, and has had season tickets over the past 20+ years so he knows his Bills. This kid was a beast under Rex, Rex then gets fired, McDermott brings in his own D and this kid then plays the entire 2017 season out of position. His 2016 stats may not show it but he was a force on their D-line. Going off of Maliek's history of injuries, this is a great depth signing. IMO, he's going to surprise a lot of people on here given the opportunity.

As long as Earl Thomas and Josh Gordon are going to waste or being snapped up by super bowl contenders, I'll reserve the right to remain unimpressed with the signing of players that will likely have 0 impact on the season.

It's a practice squad move. Every team makes them, and they aren't intended to impress people. Have you really never noticed that teams make minor moves like this all the time - that there are a lot of moves that happen with every team that are not top of the depth chart kind of moves? It boggles my mind how many fans seem to have no idea.

Now we are taking guys who can not make the Bills roster...

And he's not on our roster - he's on our practice squad. In any case, the guy started 21 games for the Bills in his 2 years in the league, and we are kicking the tires with a practice squad slot. It's really not the big deal many seem to be making it.

Reid was my comp for Washington. if I had to choose active roster Reid (if that's truly the case), I'd choose that over Washington. And Cooper is another move I would make for the active roster over players they've signed there, like Su'a-Filo.

It isn't a choice between signing one player to the practice squad and another to the active roster. Signing Washington to the practice squad has nothing to do with Reid.

I understand it. I just said there's nothing exciting about it. Sorry if that bothers you.

SO, we need a WR!! and we get a ....DT?
We NEED a seasoned TE, and we get a ....DT? Lord I can only hope they decide we need a towel boy and they replace garrett...:)
Brice Butler is a WR these types of guys are depth or insurance , its ok to keep churning the bottom..stop complaining you arent a FO owner or GM, you are a fan on forum, truly we are all clueless son operations within thes billion dollar organizations.. when you get one you can criticize more :))

Everyone saying "who" apparently does not study the draft.
You mean everyone who can’t immediately recall every JAG taken in whatever year’s draft by a bottom-feeding team like the Bills??!?

Well, ex-SCUUUSE us!

You talked about him in the same context as Earl Thomas and Josh Gordon - as if this move would have any similarity or relationship to those kinds of moves. This wasn't done as an alternative to those kinds of moves, or with any similar expectation - it was a practice squad move - so what exactly is the point of commenting on this move in the same context?

Yeah, that's how I feel about people acting as if a minor practice squad move is somehow significant or noteworthy. You being a prime example. You think you are making points when all you are doing is talking about an entirely different topic.
