Team game for sure.I do not argue Crayton’s failure but that is another reason why I stress looking at what happens all four quarters of a game. There is always lots of emphasis on the Crayton miscue and practically none pointed out about other team mistakes that game. Not saying you are ignoring the fact but an ENTIRE unit of the team did not do its job to secure the win at a crucial moment of the game. And what do both Romo’s supporters and critics usually say about that glaringly large error?
Answer: crickets
Just another example of too much focused blame on one guy in a team.
They've looked better w/ other teams.Well, because weeden sucked. Dak sucks. Cassel sucked. That’s how come
I know sarahIt’s called humor Becky
alright my dude let the guy retire in peace, put the voodoo doll away lolCuz fans here are delusional at best. My god let the guy retire in peace. He's not coming back or coaching for us.
Looks like you came out from under your rock to **** off to romo's play lol.
I haven’t missed a game in over 40 years. Sad to you have as you only talk about some bad games or stats. Romo was right there with the top QBs during his elite years this is based on statistical analysis and actual articles making this claim. Time for church then time to enjoy football. Enjoy.Did you ever watch the guy play? I really feel like a lot of you only saw part of his career or none at all. No one ever said he was a bad QB, no one ever said his overall stats suck (although Dak did have a better QBR his first two years).
He had some good stats in a few good games but amongst most non Cowboys fans and sports analysts, he will be none for choking in some of the biggest games (not all). Contrary to what some of you think now, he had his chances and HE blew it, not the coaches, not the receivers, not the RB’s but he CHOKED!
If you want to look at his career on paper, sure, he’s great but if you want to look at quite a few of the of the most important games individually, he screwed up. He could even have a great QBR for a big game and one INT but that INT would cost them the game because he would throw it at the worst time (just an example). Look at his stats from the 2006 Seattle game. Not great but not good, either way, it doesn’t tell the whole story, does it?
Just like his little comeback against the Bills. He made a comeback! Sounds great until you see how bad he played and why they were losing in the first place. He shouldn’t be commended for that game but the Romosexuals will never admit anything was his fault.
So you clearly have early onset dementia, it all makes sense nowI haven’t missed a game in over 40 years. Sad to you have as you only talk about some bad games or stats. You’re right, comparing TOM BRADY to tony romo is completely irrelevant.
Go ahead and do the comparison, let us know what you come up with and how it’s relevant to Tony throwing multiple picks in critical games.Lets get a comparison to the points Tom Bradys RBs score. There is none. There's none to Elis when he was winning, none to Troys when he was winning. That list goes on and on. If the passing game didn't score, then they just didn't score. Before you point to 2014 when he was 34 1 year doesn't mean anything.

The excuses are starting to sound a lot like Dak’s, he needed a perfect environment to succeed. Tony didn’t have this, didn’t have that, it was all coaching, etc. So now it’s he never had a running game. Jesus.
Was Tony responsible for changing the plays as much as his fans like to think? Yes or no?His running game didn't score points. There'a difference. You can do the homework or you just had to watch. While Eli was getting 15 to 20 a year from Jacobs and Bradshaw… Giants and Pats were top 5, Cowboys were usually hovering in the bottom tier. Points win football games and when your QB and receivers are doing most of the scoring, there's going to be some pressing situations.

I’m glad you brought that up, now we know why Tony’s numbers are grossly inflated and misleading. If every other QB threw the ball as much as he didnto a HOF TE, HOF WR and possibly another HOF receiver then their numbers would look pretty good too.

Yeh one showed up to work every day the other didn't. Romo was not an all time great. He never won an mvp and was never a top 5 qb except for maybe 2014. I knew from day one he would never win a super bowl. He never had "IT". Guy just wasn't a winner.
Man, too much Hennessy lately - especially when you continue to embarrass yourself in Romo threads.
Not a top 5 QB but the 4th highest rated QB in NFL history - okay.
I love how you knew. Yeah - "you knew" Dilfer, Rypien and Flacco were all Super Bowl winning QB's, but you knew Kelly, Moon and Marino weren't, right?
In your mind, QB's win Super Bowls by themselves. Romo had a bottom ten defense and horrible offensive lines most of his career. How do you think Aikman and Stauback would've done on those teams. In fact, people were trying to run Aikman out of town from '97 til his end, those teams sucked.
Meredith, White and Romo were all prolific QB's who didn't win Super Bowls for us - but everybody knows they could have.
You didn't know anything, but please don'r break your arm patting yourself on the back and please, put the bottle down.
