This is what I said in the other thread, how Romo made the playcalling and Garrett look better than what they really were.
In the same post, you have a troll crying that Romo only "won" a couple of playoff games. Then only a few lines down, he is crying that the defense didn't get any credit. So which is it?Really? Lol, that’s a horrible comparison. First of all, Rocky won championships, Romo won a couple playoff games. Rocky was a champion, Romo wasn’t even a contender.
He didn’t comeback against the Eagles example I brought up did he? He didn’t come back in the similar Commanders game either (do I need to post those stats for you as well?). He didn’t come back against the Giants in 2007 (after coming back from Cabo).
It’s hilarious how he gets credit for coming back from games when he caused the other team to be in the lead in the first place. Again, no credit to the defense or any other players. It’s like people talking about how great Zeke is but refuse to acknowledge the majority of the reason he has such great numbers is the O line. Tony didn’t do it all on his own like most of like to believe.
Not sure how he put his team behind with these types of statsReally? Lol, that’s a horrible comparison. First of all, Rocky won championships, Romo won a couple playoff games. Rocky was a champion, Romo wasn’t even a contender.

excuses, it seems like you are coming up with excuses for Dak including his 40.7 rating...he has a few more games....and he just got through easy part of the schedule. and everyone still leaving off the fumes of 2016 lucky year....watching Dak throw reminds me of my sons Jr. High team QB.I’m not comparing him to Dak but since you mentioned it. First 3 years of each QB (started with Romo in 2007)
Dang formatting is screwed up on my ipad.
Tony Bologna QBR Dak QBR
2007- 78.6 2016- 78.8
2008- 56.3 2017- 69.5
2009- 64.5 2018- 40.7 (obviously he has several more games to make this better or worse)
I’m ready for more excuses. But but but...Tony didn’t have Zeke yet Dak has no Witten. Can’t blame JG either. Can’t wait to hear them.
Did you ever watch the guy play? I really feel like a lot of you only saw part of his career or none at all. No one ever said he was a bad QB, no one ever said his overall stats suck (although Dak did have a better QBR his first two years). Not sure how he put his team behind with these types of stats

Dak will be a distant memory in a couple of years. an NFL back up journeyman..... Romo is modern day Danny white of the cowboys.....Dak Prescott, the modern day Quincy Carter, who actually had better throwing mechanics than Dak, but like the weed thing too muchHis bad games were some of the most important as well. He also was too injury prone because he hung on to the ball too long.
so then, is Dak choking now? or is the coaches? the WRs and the TEs?Did you ever watch the guy play? I really feel like a lot of you only saw part of his career or none at all. No one ever said he was a bad QB, no one ever said his overall stats suck (although Dak did have a better QBR his first two years).
He had some good stats in a few good games but amongst most non Cowboys fans and sports analysts, he will be none for choking in some of the biggest games (not all). Contrary to what some of you think now, he had his chances and HE blew it, not the coaches, not the receivers, not the RB’s but he CHOKED!
If you want to look at his career on paper, sure, he’s great but if you want to look at quite a few of the of the most important games individually, he screwed up. He could even have a great QBR for a big game and one INT but that INT would cost them the game because he would throw it at the worst time (just an example). Look at his stats from the 2006 Seattle game. Not great but not good, either way, it doesn’t tell the whole story, does it?
Just like his little comeback against the Bills. He made a comeback! Sounds great until you see how bad he played and why they were losing in the first place. He shouldn’t be commended for that game but the Romosexuals will never admit anything was his fault.
I couldn’t care less about Dak, I used to be neutral until after a couple games this year and have recently expressed a lot of concern. You keep act like I’m defending him. Personally, since Atlanta he has flat out sucked and unless he suddenly turns things around then they need to find a new QB. I don’t disagree he’s a bus driver and during his rookie year I repeatedly said the same thing you said (that he didn’t look good under pressure and was placed in a perfect situation) and 90% of the fans were all up in his jock and would bash me for even mentioning it.excuses, it seems like you are coming up with excuses for Dak including his 40.7 rating...he has a few more games....and he just got through easy part of the schedule. and everyone still leaving off the fumes of 2016 lucky year....watching Dak throw reminds me of my sons Jr. High team QB.
and did Tony have Smith, Martin and Collins type talent on the OL? did he have a Zeke, top 4 once in a generational type RB in the back field? and it seems like when things aren't PERFECT for Dak, he pretty much sucks. if we have to have PERFECT situation for Dak to drive the bus, then lets got my sons school bus driver, he comes much cheaper....
Right now they ALL suck and yes Dak is choking.so then, is Dak choking now? or is the coaches? the WRs and the TEs?
If you read his last half dozen posts, where he is contradicting himself, spelling like a toddler and generally making no sense at all do you really expect whatever answer he comes up with to make any sense?so then, is Dak choking now? or is the coaches? the WRs and the TEs?
Tom Brady has 5 Super Bowl rings and has won more playoff games in one season then Romo has his entire career.Tom Brady has thrown four interceptions in five games in his career. Drew Brees has also thrown five interceptions but no TDs in a game. **** happens.
Irrelevant. All very good to great QBs have terrible games.Tom Brady has 5 Super Bowl rings and has won more playoff games in one season then Romo has his entire career.
Tom Brady. 29 of 48. 266 yards. 1 touchdown. 0 interceptions. There you go. Not an all world performance. But was ok against a very good defense. That's all im saying about the guy.
You’re right, comparing TOM BRADY to tony romo is completely irrelevant.Irrelevant. All very good to great QBs have terrible games.
Not all very good to great QBs win Super Bowls.
Whats funnier is you posted this and then liked one of my posts 5 minutes later. lol.Posts like these make me want to see you get hit by a bus. Like Jesus Christo.
It is a lot closer than comparing Dak to Romo. You’re right, comparing TOM BRADY to tony romo is completely irrelevant.
No it's actually very relevant. You're beating on a dead horse about Tony Romo throwing five interceptions in a game as if that diminish his skills or abilities. All great QBs have really bad games, even Tom Brady and Drew Brees. The ironic thing is in the game referenced, Romo brought the team back to win that game whereas in the games where Brady and Brees played badly, their teams lost. You’re right, comparing TOM BRADY to tony romo is completely irrelevant.
Beating a dead horse? I brought it up once and you guys made excuses so I moved on to the next year against the playoff “win and in” game against the Eagles and have yet to hear the excuse for that. Translation: you refuted my cherry picked game, so I moved on to the next cherry picked game. When you refute that, I will just move the goal posts out to Super Bows winz like all of these devolve into.Beating a dead horse?
