Lol...introducing speed isn't innovation...lol there had been speed throughout the league long before Jimmy
Not the way Jimmy did it. Jimmy made corners into safeties, safeties into LBs, LBs into DEs and DEs into DTs. Speed every position on D with every player running to the ball, giving 200% on every play. And speed was not enough, had to be combined with stamina, swagger and physical nastiness. Jimmy also believed in DL depth, sending waves of fresh bodies plus specialists depending on down and distance. Jimmy was just as hyper aggressive on ST. Jimmy was surprisingly more conservative on O, preferring to wear out teams before going for the jugular during key opportunities.
He brought those concepts from his success in college. Jimmy coached the game like a battlefield general who was not just trying to win a war but completely and utterly annihilating the opponent.
The thing is I don't like conservative football either but when you sit back and really look at what you're working with sometimes it's the best approach if I know I have a team that can't get out of his own way I'm making my decisions according to the way they're playing we just have a jekyll-and-hyde team
Garrett can't go out and play, but he certainly isn't creative and bad game manager. That's why I wait and see how Cooper will be utilized. Garrett has been there long enough no more excuses.
Lol...you think Jerry pays White? Now we know you haters are crazy....lol

Garrett just screwed up clock management to losses in 2 out of the last 3 games.
Clown show.
Garrett is over rated when it comes to motivating players. During that “show” at training camp, he seemed to be pretty much ignored. Motivation is way over rated any way. Most players don’t need a coach clapping and yelling, “block better boys”. I want a coach who puts his players in position to make plays, not who yells and claps a lot.Jason Garrett’s greatest compliment, he gets players to try hard and Garrett does his part in game day by clapping really hard.
R. White appeared to be the kind of player that needed very little from his coaches. He was a self-motivated force of nature that brought everything he had on every single snap. So the very notion that any player needs a coach to "motivate" him to play is probably lost on "The Manster". Further, he played his entire professional career for a coach that was one of the most innovative, organized, dignified, and prepared in the history of the game. So, as a player, he never really saw anything that would approach long-term coaching dysfunction. Point being, he was a great player, a champion, and had the benefit of always playing for a legendary coach. I'm certainly not saying he's "wrong" but his comments should be taken with this perspective in mind.
1 playoff win...............8 years..............nothing else to say.

Channel 11 sports in DFW have a contract with the Cowboys. They do the pre-season games and other things. I think Bill Jones does some work directly for the Cowboys also.
Much like the radio station 105.3 The Fan, channel 11 sports does somewhat work for Jerry.
Randy White is getting paid by channel 11...

He'd be saying something else if he had to play for Garrett.
Ask him what he thought of the 6 sacks without any changes.
