The sad thing is that it bothers you THAT much, lol.Maybe the Garrett jock riders will donate their balls to their hero so he will have a pair when we play the Titans.

So when the players are having a bad game the coach is a timid coach? Can't have aggressive play calls because they failed to execute earlier in the game and got some penalties? I can't believe we just cracked the code for Garrett's halftime adjustments. And to top it off it was from one of few fans willing to defend him. We know Garrett coach's not to lose instead of coaching to win. And that is just about what you described there. That's BS game management is having a feel for the game if your team is struggling to make the easiest of please you're not going to be aggressive with that team if your team as in the last game against the Washington Commanders we're having all the problems with penalties you're not going to continue to be aggressive knowing something bad is going to happen as it did on the field goal used to know what your team is capable of doing he went for a fourth and 1 and Prescott fumbled. Logos back too if it works it's great if it doesn't everybody's up in arms
No, it's not bad coaching to know you're teams capabilities both good and bad. Bad coaching is not creating a game plan that puts the team in position to utilize their strengths individually as a player and collectively as a team. And no, you're correct again't there's probably no amount of coaching that can stop penalties. They happen to even the best occasionally at the worst times. Bad coaching is letting a penalty change the way he's managing the game to the effect of not being aggressive when the game is on the line because it might just happen again. Well congratulations Coach you just mentaly neutered yourself. No wonder he can't manage the clock. His brain went numb and lost feeling for the game. It's not bad coaching it knows what your team is capable of is any type of coaching going to help Tyron Smith an all pro not to hold?
I'm sure he watches at least as much football as anyone here as well. Combine his experience with that, and I'd say he's got a leg up on any of us.R. White appeared to be the kind of player that needed very little from his coaches. He was a self-motivated force of nature that brought everything he had on every single snap. So the very notion that any player needs a coach to "motivate" him to play is probably lost on "The Manster". Further, he played his entire professional career for a coach that was one of the most innovative, organized, dignified, and prepared in the history of the game. So, as a player, he never really saw anything that would approach long-term coaching dysfunction. Point being, he was a great player, a champion, and had the benefit of always playing for a legendary coach. I'm certainly not saying he's "wrong" but his comments should be taken with this perspective in mind.
Yep everything coming out of your mouth is bs. You are proving my pointSo nothing again. Just bs
Diehard forgets what he always says even though it's what he always says.Fans forget we play by a different set of rules here with Jerry.
This is what Jerry wants. He’s not interested in winning if he’s not in position to receive credit .
Doesn’t sound like fans are grasping Jerry’s reality,
The code was cracked in the All or Nothing series. After a piss poor first half against Seattle, Garrett's halftime response to the team "Just keep doing what you're doing, they're getting tired".I can't believe we just cracked the code for Garrett's halftime adjustments.
That's actually the perfect place to discuss Garrett's coaching ability. Well it would be if you could actually flush...I’m bored at the moment just sitting here on the toilet which places me in the perfect frame of mind for this discussion. Lol
This is our destiny with Jerry’s ways. It’s up to you whether you accept it or not.Diehard forgets what he always says even though it's what he always says.
This is what Diehardblues wants. He's not interested in anything that can help this team win if Jerry's in position to receive credit.
Has admittedly lowered expectations and won't be content unless fans accept the reality he sees.
I didn't watch all or nothing. I knew the outcome was nothing. The code was cracked in the All or Nothing series. After a piss poor first half against Seattle, Garrett's halftime response to the team "Just keep doing what you're doing, they're getting tired".
30 minutes later the season was over.
How anyone continues to make excuses for this guys in year 8 of this crap is beyond me. I used to make excuses for him while giving him ample time to execute his "process" but the time for excuses is long past. A leopard can't change his spots and Garrett's spots = Jeff Fisher 2.0. Let's hope it doesn't take Jerry another decade to figure that out.
You seem to be well acquainted with me. Are you from the old DC site? What was your handle over there? That's actually the perfect place to discuss Garrett's coaching ability. Well it would be if you could actually flush...
Nevermind I'll get banned again.
I've asked before and I'm going to try again. Can you tell me what a preppy is? What defines it to you. And what is the burn barrel bunch you reference in your posts? You are purely insultive and with an agenda...good night, Son.
Didn't think you could handle accountable as well...that's only called integrity.
You'll never establish that for myself...you've earned ignore.
The same one I'm using now. We have gone these rounds before. I'm also the one that tagged you in the post stating your behaviour on the old board and how it got you banned regularly. I believe that was a week or two ago.You seem to be well acquainted with me. Are you from the old DC site? What was your handle over there?
I don’t recall a 408 on the old site. SorryThe same one I'm using now. We have gone these rounds before. I'm also the one that tagged you in the post stating your behaviour on the old board and how it got you banned regularly. I believe that was a week or two ago.
Being a former great player and being a great coach are not mutually exclusive. Remember mike Singletary's stint as a coach??I'm sure he watches at least as much football as anyone here as well. Combine his experience with that, and I'd say he's got a leg up on any of us.
Doesn't necessarily make him right, but he definitely has the advantage.
No plenty of people know and agree with you. I'm willing to go as much as 80% of fans that follow along on boards like this and don't just watch the games would even agree with you if they haven't already done so.This is our destiny with Jerry’s ways. It’s up to you whether you accept it or not.
What I’m saying is Jerry isn’t interested in winning unless he receives more credit than he did with Jimmy. This is what is driving Jerry to win without a HC who could receive more credit.
My agenda is simply to call out Jerry’s ambitions and the limits it places on Cowboys Football.
doesn't bother me if you don't recallI don’t recall a 408 on the old site. Sorry
And I was banned twice in over 10 years both by the same Romo homer mod.
He only screwed it up in the eyes of the haters. There’s 2 sides to each decision. Try and be objective if you can.
I was referring to Manster, not JG...but I agree.Being a former great player and being a great coach are not mutually exclusive. Remember mike Singletary's stint as a coach??
Better coaching is the problem. Garrett hasn't gotten it done in 9 1/2 years. Players and coaches under Garrett come and go results remain the same.Linehan will be doing the using of Cooper. His last year of using what we have does not bode well. With the trade, we've said we're relying on better play to improve the offense, not better coaching.
