Philly didn't give up 11 picks to get him. What the Browns did with the picks they got is meaningless. That's just you doing what you do best - making a nonsensical, exaggerated argument to try to prove your already shaky point. Philly gave up 5 picks for a player and pick. That's it. That was the cost to acquire Wentz. And let's note, they were able to then turn their existing QB Bradford into a first round pick. So in all reality, they only ended up giving a small handful of picks for Wentz.

Second the article you linked doesn't say anything close to what you claim. It doesn't even talk about implications of signing Wentz long term. It just talks about how there were some holes coming into 2018 that people ignored them thinking Wentz would just overcome them when he came back from his knee injury. Your implication, by the way, that resigning Wentz has a large number of Eagles fans scared. I mean what point would you be proving if it was only just a really small number of fans scared to resign him? That makes no sense. And all the real time in game chats? LOL. That's proof now?

It's interesting though, that your response to people disagreeing with you is to block them. That's the sign of someone who doesn't have strong convictions in what they are saying. It's quite telling about you, your positions, etc.
good lord... you typed all that to avoid saying yes you agree Dak and those picks are worth more than Wentz which was the entire point.
the rest is just hot air.

if you google eagles browns wentz trade you will get the 11 pick total quite a lot because that is the result now that the trade is fully exchanged.
eagles got wentz, browns got 11 total picks.
that is simply what happened.

you are tilting at windmills.
at least the last guy was delusional, you are arguing just to argue.

and yes all dolts are going on ignore so I can focus on enjoying wins, not arguing with the mentally unstable.

The cost to acquire Wentz wasn't 11 picks. Philly didn't pay 11 picks to get him. They paid a net 4 picks. What the Browns did with the picks they got from Philly is meaningless to this discussion. Articles that show what all those picks eventually turned into doesn't change the fact that Philly gave up a net of 4 picks for Wentz, not 11.

The Browns ended up with 11 picks. That wasn't the cost to get Wentz for Philly. It's really a completely foolish argument to try to make.

No retort to the fact you linked an article as proof that didn't prove what you were saying? My guess is that you just read the headline of the forum post on BGN and just assumed it supported your point.

If Dallas could sign Dak for under 20 million a year - like around the 18 million mark. He could be the right guy in Dallas. I do think these teams paying 25 million + a year for a QB struggle to put a good team on the field. Hopefully Dak understands that and doesnt ask for the sky. If he does ... then they need to let Dak walk. He isnt the type of QB that could carry a team.

Most fans? Who? Only you bunch of whiners on here. Everyone else outside of this forum that I talk to totally appreciates Dak, especially the Cowboys.
Have you ever considered that there are many QBs that could do much better at executing the offense? Scoring 13 points was an embarrassment considering the opportunities in that game. Dak is comparable to Blake Bortles. I have higher expectations for the starting QB of the Dallas Cowboys. At your age, you should expect more too. You have seen the Cowboys when they was winners every year.

Every NFL GM would choose taking Dak in round 4 over giving up a massive draft haul for Wentz.

Dak has given DAL the best bang for buck at QB of anyone since Russell Wilson.

Philly fans are scared to death they are gonna pay 28M a year for Wentz who folds in game winning situations.
Let’s see how much of a bargain Dak is when Dallas is paying him 15-20 million next year.

No, I am not. It takes about 5 minutes marveling at any Philly site to find multiple posts.
Perhaps you are unfamiliar but Trolling the Nation had at least 5 guys post Wentz concerns DURING The Cowboys games. Including asking why he kept throwing the ball in the ground 5 yard short.

https://www.bleedinggreennation.com/2018/11/12/18087216/wentznot-the-answer

Eagles fans have a cheap SB winner in Foles and will lose him for zero return to pay Wentz 25M+ long term with lots of guarantees.
Of course they are concerned about that.

You living in the Philly area explains a lot however. Hot air and zero logic capital of the universe.
I would trade Dak for Foles in a heartbeat.
